Mizkan Rice Vinegar, 24 Ounce

Excellent vinegar for Japanese cooking.

Great for making sushi rice.

I am a regular user of rice vinegar, and since trying mizkan, I have not bothered with anything else. The aroma, the flavor, the versatility, the SIZE of this bottle (and even then 24oz doesn't last me nearly long enough because I use it at least 3 times a week but it's still larger than most you can find), it all appeals to my inner chef.Try it. May have been a returned item since it was missing the label. However it was sealed and had a valid expiration date so I'll keep it. But will not order again in the future.

This is the brand I normally use. Great product but this bottle is plastic (ones I have bought in the store were glass) and, because it's a food item, I can't return it. Vinegar is acidic and the idea of storing acidic food in plastic does not sound good! Very disappointed to be stuck with a product that I don't want my family to consume and I can't return.

I have used this product for years and this is the first time I have bought it online and I'm pleased. I will most likely purchase it online in the future as needed
