Overall really good quality, thick and durable, multiple reinforced straps. Getting old and wearing braces sucks, but if this helps my knee so I can continue to work out, then I’m all for it. So far so good. No complaints!

This item is comfortable to wear and really supports the knee. My felt like it was popping out of place and really hurting when it happened. Doesn't do that at all when I walk using the brace, or when I stand up from a sitting position. A great investment for mobility..

I injured my knee from playing basketball. The pain was so bad that I had a hard time standing up for a long time or walking. This knee brace is perfect because it gives better protection, stability and maximum support. The quality is very good and it fits very well. It is tight which I like because I feel that it supports my knee well. This definitely helps lessen the pain and allows me to do my work (which involves a lot of standing and walking) better.

I liked that this brace had more range of adjustment than other braces that I tried. I slipped and fell on the ice and tore ligaments in my knee, and when I put weight on my leg it just buckled to the inside. This brace fave me enought support that I could walk while my knee was healing. It was also very easy to adjust because the straps adjusted in the front instead of the back. I also like that the inside of the brace is made of neoprene instead of rubber latex.

i screwed up my knee in a act of knocking a nazi out, i twisted wrong and knee was weak after.this brace lets me walk for the most part with little pain...its comfortable. and doesnt look half bad either...it does get a little warm, but its kinda expected with anything compressing on me.the only con i can say is - the upper strap can sometiems split offf the back and rub into my thigh - but well i move.. soo expected .

I tried two highly reviewed knee braces before trying this more expensive one. The first one, the fabric would wrinkle at the shin area, causing pain. The second one had velcro straps that wrapped around the back of the knee, which caused chafing and irritation at the back of the knee. The design of this knee brace has an open back, which means nothing is touching the sensitive skin, and the fabric is much softer so the velcro doesn't create wrinkles. So far, this is the most comfortable knee brace I've tried. The only thing this brace doesn't do is act as a compression sleeve for the patella. I use a separate compression sleeve under this brace if I need extra support.

This is the best brace I have had so fir really helps with a pulled ligament and arthritis.

Had bought a single XXXL size by mistake and was about to return it. Meanwhile, I ordered a pair of XL for my mother. This gives the necessary support to her old knees. She is able to stand up and walk around with help of this. Earlier she would need an external support to stand up. Now she can do so by herself, after wearing this. I donated the larger XXXL to another needy person I knew; rather than returning back because it was worth the money.

Measured out like diagram shows and by the measurements I should be a 4xl. Got the brace and tried it on and it is very looks around my kneecap specifically. Will be returning product and trying a lower size

The Metal Hinged Design is much more supportive than the Velcro Styles. I pulled my ACL and needed the additional support. This did it for me during my Active Sports games Would not be able to play without it.

Came as advertised. Sizing on one was off (too large), had to return for credit. The one I kept helps stabilize my right knee ( torn ACL). Does need a readjustment after extended use. Would buy again.
