This is the review I wish I had read before I purchased, because I almost didn't buy this, and I'm SO glad I did. If you're someone who has bad body odor, looking for a nontoxic, effective deodorant, and have read through hundreds of Amazon reviews like I did before purchasing, overwhelmed because every product seems to have extreme negative reviews from SOMEONE.. read this. I've come to realize that when it comes to products like this, with so many competing sellers, reviews are swayed negative by specific people's allergies.. a lot of the time people don't know they have an allergy to an ingredient that probably isn’t toxic itself, just like many people can't have peanuts.. so don't disqualify this one just because of extreme negative reviews. I looked at EVERY natural deodorant on Amazon and not a single one with enough buyers to consider, didn't have extreme negative reviews, anecdotes of traumatic painful rashes.. fairly positive there are loads of bots out there leaving reviews too. So if you're looking for a deodorant on Amazon that works and has no reviews of rashes/dramatic side effects... I don't think you will find one. It was very hard for me to find any product worth trying, as every single deodorant I looked at on Amazon had someone saying they were "hospitalized due to extreme skin reaction..." Magsol, like every other, had reviews like this which almost swayed me from buying. But I gave it a go, given this product seems to have the least amount of ingredients, and the highest majority of happy customers. luckily, this product only has 4 ingredients, so it's pretty easy to decide for yourself if you're allergic to any. Choosing a natural alternative to chemical-based skin/health products nowadays is overwhelming. If you're looking for a natural deodorant, seriously, try this one. We've all known for years now that the majority of deodorants contain ingredients that cause cancer, especially in women with large breasts (if your cup size is C+, the breast extends literally INTO armpit..) I put off switching from commercial deodorants for SO LONG because it seemed to be common knowledge that natural deodorants didn't work. I didn't wanna stink, so I knowingly continued to use toxic common deodorants, not knowing a single real person who used a natural deodorant they could recommend. I used Old Spice Fiji for the last few years, an aluminum free deodorant, which I know was toxic nonetheless--if I ever applied it too soon after showering, my armpits stung mildly.. every deodorant I've tried from degree to dove etc., for men or women, have done this if I paid attention. Not enough to be physically uncomfortable, but enough to notice my body telling me it was toxic, if I paid attention. And I wouldn't even consider myself a highly sensitive person to most deodorants. My expectations when I purchased: to find a natural deodorant that lasted, for at least half a day minimum, without needing to reapply. If I could find something that worked even somewhat decently that I knew wasn't going to harm me in the long run, I was willing to make the switch at this point in my life. Results: WOW. You're probably wondering why I would spend so much time writing a wordy review on a simple product, but I'm that impressed. This deodorant is gentle enough for me to apply immediately after showering when skin is most absorbant.. the lavender scent is incredible, I can tell it's made with pure essential oils and not artificial scent. I'm a feminine woman who generally preferred masculine scented deodorants in the past because the women's deodorants always smelled so fake and flowery. I hate the smell of perfume because it smells so fake, so I've used essential oils as perfume for a long time. The scent of this stuff is high quality. Beyond that, this deodorant lasts me 3 DAYS before I need to reapply. I exercise heavily throughout the day doing cardio and sweating profusely, as I work with children, often outside all day, and while the scent fades after about 8 hours, I have NO body odor. Honestly, if you need a deodorant to last MORE than 3 days, you should probably consider showering more. Yes, I still sweat, but I don't stink. Tbh if you're looking for a product to stop you from sweating that's natural, you're looking for something that doesn't exist. The feel isn't sticky, no transfer on clothing (first deodorant I've used that didn't cause marks at all). When you use it the first time it feels kinda weird and there is a bit of friction due to its default dryness, but it appears that initial application transfers body oil onto balm, and your skin saturates/ activates the ideal "glide-y" feel of normal deodorant, yet within seconds, your pits are perfectly dry and comfortable, more than i can say of ANY commercial deodorants I've used. This is really cool. Because common deodorants use chemicals to do this, and most natural alternatives are TOO moist/sticky.. magsol found a way to let your body work with the product in order to get the perfect amount of moisture in each application, without producing an excess of moisture I keep the little plastic cap on mine too, to make sure it stays moist. The scent and feel of the deodorant is so pleasant I honestly get a little excited to put it on every time after I shower now. I used to dread putting on my Old Spice Fiji because subconsciously I could feel it wasn't good for me, and it was terribly inconvenient to wait at least an hour after showering for my skin to be less absorbent to avoid stinging. I feel lucky to have had the first natural deodorant I tried be the best, after knowing others who still haven't found a good one, after trying dozens. This stuff goes beyond any deodorant you'll find at the store. It's worth the money, because unfortunately, it's more expensive to take care of yourself than to be a convenient consumer. After 2 weeks of having this deodorant, I've found I apply this stuff between 50-67% less often than Old Spice (applied 2x daily during summer generally, every day.. compared to Magsol, which i can go too long without showering using, because i just dont stink). So maybe more expensive, but at that rate, is it really tho? Just buy this one. It's only been about 2 weeks, but I'm very pleased. Apparently there is fake sellers of this brand on Amazon, but this product legitimately worked for me. Will continue to purchase from this seller

As a person who can't tolerate commercial antiperspirants or chemical scents, I have been thrilled to discover Magsol's line of natural magnesium stick deodorants! The delicate essential oil fragrances last all day...and living in Honolulu, sweat is a fact of life. Even better, the magnesium is absorbed through your skin (just like everything you apply topically), which can help maintain healthy magnesium levels. With only four completely natural ingredients--sweet almond oil, beeswax, magnesium oxide, and essential oils--Magsol has changed my entire approach to hygiene. And now I'm converting my friends! The concept is brilliant. Recently a good friend started alternating the Sandalwood and brand new Patchouli deodorants. I have always found sandalwood to be one of my favorite masculine scents; it blends perfectly with almost every man's individual chemistry. Woody, earthy, yet sweet and green, I have yet to find a man who doesn't smell great wearing pure sandalwood. Meanwhile, the new Patchouli stick blew me away! I confess that I used to avoid this essential oil, with its hippy connotations. But Magsol uses a high quality oil without the acidic feline undertones that gave patchouli its ambiguous reputation. This leaves a sweet, subtle, and distinctly attractive aroma that makes me want to hang over my friend's shoulder whenever he's seated at his computers...I can't get enough of this scent! When I asked if he prefers one over the other, he admitted the Patchouli is now his favorite--although he still likes the Sandalwood for variety. Now I am left with the dilemma of choice for MY personal use! Before I discovered Magsol, I used everything from zinc oxide to baby powder to mask anxiety sweat. While regular workout sweat doesn't really leave much of an odor, anxiety sweat with all the stress hormones like cortisol and adrenaline can be very offensive. Of course I want to smell sweet and feminine, not a five-alarm fire, but I am one of those chemically sensitive people, unable to tolerate even the preservatives in most baby products. So finding an effective, enduring deodorant I can use without a rash or other nasty side effects has been a life-long search. I have been thrilled with both Magsol Jasmine and Rose deodorants. They glide on smoothly, work effectively all day, and "match" my natural perfumes for special occasions. And when I once received a stick with a broken twister mechanism, the company immediately sent me a replacement PLUS a sample of Rose, which is why I now use both scents, depending upon my mood, shampoo, and cologne. But now I am so impressed by the new Patchouli I think I want to add it to my repertoire...and maybe the Sandalwood as well. Ultimately I may end up with seven scents, one for each day of the week. Now that smells delicious to me! 💕

I have tried many, many natural deodorants over the years and never loved any of them. Magsol is by far the best, it goes on clean, smells wonderful and keeps me smelling fresh all day. The jasmine smell actually smells like a real flower essence, not chemically like the laundry detergent asile in the supermarket. Best of all though it has taken me a full 6 months to use up the stick. There is a lot of deodorant in there. Great product, I tell all my friends and just reordered.

I have only had for a few days, however this absolutely works ! Unfortunatly not stocked in Australia and took a long time to arrive . But this does work. I’ve tried no- carb and other naturals but the magnesium works great .

I’ve been using this for about a week now, and this is how it’s going. I’ve had a couple of volunteer shifts at an animal rescue cleaning puppy kennels, so this has given me a decent gauge of how well it holds up. The PPE required right now means for an extra sweaty 3 hours. While the scent dissipates somewhat, it won’t leave you stinky! I was so impressed with it on my underarms, I tried a little bit on my bikini line before a shift. No swamp crotch. I’ve ordered the Hunter scent to try as well, and I would imagine this would work for your feet. I plan on getting the hubby to try that.

First if all this deodarent has lasted me 7 months and I use this everyday, it smells amazing , very few ingredients, does not irritate my skin, and doesn't stain my shirts! Thumbs up for this one and have tried and tested many over the years...

I tried a few aluminum free deodorants, they did not work for long and one expensive organic one smelled awful after 12 hours. This one smells nice and lasts for 24 hrs for me. I do not feel wet with this one either..just a bit sticky very slight...not uncomfortable
