There's not a bad taste, but they'll dissolve pretty quickly. Works good for the action needed

I found this works better than any other product I've tried. I've tried alot. Rae has a refreshing smell and taste plus it's middle of the road pricing. The only down fall....is I'm having trouble purchasing it now. Either it's so popular they can't keep it stocked or they quit making it.

I’ve used for a month and can tell the difference in my gut health. I don’t feel as bloated. I don’t have any major issues with BV or anything vagina-related but I feel like it’s helped with balance in that area as well. The minty flavor is a nice bonus. I noticed it doesn’t have as many CFUs as other brands so it’s 4/5 star… but if you buy this one, you’ll notice a difference.

I will be rewriting my review after seeing how well it works. But my first thoughts are, the capsule aren’t near as big as I thought they were going to be, the minty taste is outstanding, and last after you take them, so no nasty after taste. And they were like ridiculously easy to swallow. They floated to the top of my mouth after I got my mouth full of water, and I didn’t even feel them when I swallowed. 10/10 so far. I’m really hoping these will help regulate me.Update: after about a week of taking these, I realized that for the first time in 4 years I wasn’t bloated. My IBS symptoms are easing up. I am getting pretty regular. There is no stomach cramping. Will definitely keep my subscription.

With these types of things I give it the full 30 days, follow the instructions, and remember that there is nothing more beneficial than proper diet and exercising. Unfortunately this probiotic did absolutely NOTHING for me. If anything I feel it made me bloat more. I took it first thing in the morning, drank lots of water, ate clean, and exercised for 15-30mins 3-4 times a week (every other day). Maybe I could have worked out more but I was in a constant state of moving and drinking water. Everyone has different ways of reacting to these things, so hopefully these probiotics will help someone but they did nothing for me.Package was delivered sealed, neatly and on time. There were no issues with actually product packaging and it was reasonably priced. Aside from not doing anything for me, I have no further complaints.

This pre/probiotic was recommended by a friend. I am on my 3rd bottle now and seems to be working well. I have not lost weight like some others have posted, but that's not the purpose of taking them. It did take all most a month before I noticed a difference, which I was not surprised by.A few weeks ago I took a trip and forgot Rae at home, thus noticed a negative difference. Started back on them when I got home and now back to normal.I have not had any issues with the taste or smell, so no issues there.Ok, second review 90 days later. I have been taking these religiously for three months now. Seems to be working well, not sure how I will feel not taking them. But I suppose it's time to find out. I came to purchase my next months supply and the price has more than DOUBLED. Seriously, this is not cool!!!!! Shame on you!!!

It's been only a week but I noticed I am feeling so good. I actually had the flu and I am sure taking this supplement helped me through it (no diarrhea, which is common for me when I have the flu). I had 2 brands I used to switch from. This was a little pricier but I needed it quickly so I thought, only for a month I would try it. This is going to be in my top 3 to rotate brands. It is bigger than the pearl brand but easy to swallow, even though you have to take 2 pills. It has a very light tangy smell, which is pleasant. And I know that's silly but the bottle is cute and it looks good on my medicine shelf.
