I must say this wheel is great helps you get that stretch it has help me also with a pull muscle ive had and the results are amazing. Do your homework with any issue you have that might be something with back ,or hips YouTube your video's you wont regret this. Btw im 210lbs and have no problem belivie me for this price are you kidding me and you also get a nice bag ! Come on!!! dont let these other guys that post these negative photos fool you. Love this wheel! I have back & neck issues and this helped me stretch which out any strain! Made very well and is a wonderful product!

I really love my Yoga wheel. It came on time. It was in great packaging. I love the bag to came with it. The quality is amazing. All of the other wheels that I have seen were expensive. This one was a great price and works just the same.

Lower back feeling brand new!!!
I love this Dharma wheel! I’ll be honest I had never used one before I got this one but I did my research and when I got it I tried a few beginner stretches for my back and shoulders and I’m so happy! Instant relief in my lower back and it gives me a extra stretch in my shoulders that I’ve been wanting! I would definitely recommend it!

Crack your back!
This is great for back cracking, which is why I bought it. Works best with a yoga mat underneath so it doesn’t slip. It comes with a storage bag also. Nicely made, happy to have bought!
