Q: What is the total measurement around the waist please?

I don’t have the pants right now to give you the exact measurements. However, a friend with a 44” waist wore them to comfortably. So it’s enough to accommodate that waist size

Q: will these fit a 3x female

I think they would fit, depending on their height. However the attached belt string used to secure them might present a small issue on how easy it is to secure the pants.

Q: How do you tie the pants? I can’t seem to get them tight enough and they keep falling down? Must be doing something wrong with the drawstring..

Put the pants on as normal, then wrap the longer strap around your waist and tie with the shorter strap. I then fold the top down to cover the tie.

Q: will this pant get shrinkage after wash it ? Have this pant got wash before tailored? have the color stable after washing or get fade?

Color stable Not light weight Wash before changing size; these pant aren’t normally tailored
