Highly recommend
Received a nicely packaged box containing a mesh bag filled with smaller but very active ladybugs. I have a rose garden that’s taken a beating from aphids this year and purchased these in hopes of saving my roses. Followed the instructions on release and set them free in the late evening. Check this morning and a good amount of them have went to work feeding on the aphids. Appears that less than 100 were didn’t want to journey out of the bag and I suspect some were dead which was expected.Package was delivered with USPS. Recommend making sure someone is able to receive package as the driver didn’t leave until my husband was home to take it from her. Which was appreciated as it was warmer Midwest day.Over all I’d highly recommend these. Especially if you have children or pets. I didn’t want to spray pesticides for many reasons but also didn’t want to lose my rose garden. Added bonus was watching how excited my 2 & 4 year old were when I showed them the bag containing the bugs.

Great Folks and Great Bugs ♥️ 🐞
Really wonderful people that know their bugs and care!I have a garden that I keep supplied with ladybugs to help kill off any invaders. The first box came with stickers and everything saying “don’t put in the mailbox” and the delivery folks put it in my mailbox! It was so sad the whole bag died in the heat. I let them know just because I felt bad that their instructions were ignored and those poor bugs died. They were sweet enough to send me a replacement bag free of charge. I honestly think they should be getting money back from the courier service.Anyway- all that to say. These folks are fantastic and the ladybugs are wonderful.I have a feeling a lot of the reviews about dead bugs is not because of the company selling them but because of the shipping folks.

Good value for the dollar.
These cute little critters arrived in a very timely manner. Delivery was swift! They have a pleasant smell just like your hands did after catching lightning bugs as a kid. I enjoyed taking them out that very night (if released during the day, they tend to fly away - When released at night they search for the bad bugs/aphids to eat and then stay and rest during the day before searching for more the following night). It was fun just sprinkling a few at the base of my garden plants, blueberry bushes, peachtrees and blackberry bushes. I obviously got a LOT more than ordered. It is so neat to have such cute little bugs and yet they do so much to protect your garden. It had rained earlier in the day so there was plenty of moisture so no need to irrigate beforehand (you might need to do so if you have a dry spell). Instructions and an information sheet are included. I look forward to seeing how effective they are. Their function is twofold: kill the bad bugs and look really cute. I am not sure how they counted them but I got at least twice as many as advertised so it was good value for the money. Plus, they will lay eggs for future gardens in the yard. YAY LADYBUGS!!

Most of them survived.
I got these ladybugs to let loose in my garden to eat the aphids. It took a week to receive the ladybugs. I was surprised they arrived in just a regular cardboard box with a note saying live bugs. There was no packaging to keep the ladybug’s cool or insulated. I was waiting for them so when the postal worker brought them, I retrieve them right away so they would not sit in the hot sun. I kept them cool until night time and then let them loose. I was surprised that there was only about 30 dead ones, out of the 1500, because I worried that they had been hot as they traveled from across the country to get to me. but luckily, most of them survived.

Ladybug Ladybug 🐞 Fly Away to My Plants
I was so worried when I had an update that the ladybugs would be late over a week. They weren't after all just a day, but with the hot weather that has been going on I expected that most would be dead. It looks like most are alive and happily walking around in their bag. I plan to let them enjoy their new rescued life after sundown tonight. I hope that they stay locally on my plants. The ladybugs are also the good USA type not the invasive Asian ladybugs.

Wonderful!
Great product! I was a bit worried because it has been quite hot here and these live ladybugs sat in my mailbox for hours today. But when I opened the box, there were hundreds of lively, active bugs rearing to go. I gave them a gentle spray of water from the sink and left them in their bag to sit until after dark. Just took them out and distributed them around my aphid-covered rose bushes and hollyhocks. They’re crawling and climbing like mad. My hopes are high!

1/3 were still in the pouch dead the next morning.
We waited until dusk to release them. We watered down the tree first so the ladybugs could hydrate from the long journey. I was happy to see them spilling out of their pouch and onto the tree. The next morning, about 1/3 of the ladybugs were still in the pouch. Looking further I could see they were dead. I opened the pouch fully to see for certain and they all spilled out onto the ground. I've included a picture of them dead in the pouch and on the ground. I could understand a few dead, but 1/3 seems like a lot. I'm sure I'll need more later as it is a big tree and it is a big spider mite infestation. Not sure I would buy this product again.

Bye Bye aphids!
Amazing! Every single ladybug was fiesty and ready to get to work. Kept them in fridge for a day until i was ready to release them. I Released them after garden was well-watered which keeps them from flying away...checked them this am and they are all still covering my roses and other plants. Bye bye aphids! I highly recommend these!
