Delicious meal prep magic!!!
These sauces are magic. A high end trick added to our meal prep. Really tasty options. We have been doing meal prep for quite a while and the salt and pepper meals where getting old. We tried to incorporate skillet sauces into our meals and tried all the brands out there. They were ok but not very healthy. When I saw these on Amazon I had to try them (Keto & Paleo Certified) and they taste amazing. Now we have a different flavor each and every day and we can still keep the diet.

Its good, but it doesn't seem to be keto...
I'm just following a low carb diet for medical reasons, so I'm not on a stict keto diet. I just search for keto stuff since that helps me find such products. But keto is about getting rid of sugars and refined carbs. For Korean BBQ, the 3rd ingredient is coconut sugar. That's literally sugar! It even says 1g of added sugar on it. I feel fooled here. Not only does it say keto on the label, but there are a bunch of reviews saying things like sugar-free. This is clearly more of a Paleo product and had keto slapped on as an after thought. Even things like the taco sauce have questionable keto ingredients like 'tapioca starch'.And finally you have 30 calories per serving. I usually break this into halves or thirds and use that for meals, meaning 2-3 servings. That puts you at 8-12 carbs and 60-90 calories. In keto you aim for 20 net carbs, so almost half gone in just the sauce for a single meal. And you are nowhere near hitting enough calories for the day. For me this isn't a big deal since I can add my own fat instead of letting manufacturers decide for me, but again when you see keto you think high fat low net carbs. For me as a low carb person, the overall taste is amazing and the carbs are tolerable. I use the korean-bbq and the taco sauce. I do wish they could get rid of the coconut sugar. Until then, I'll leave this in the pantry for when I'm too lazy to make the sauce by hand, or just want an extra treat. Unfortunately this won't become a daily staple. I've dinged them a little on marketing this as keto, but this is still a cleaner and healthier option that most manufactured sauces.

Great healthier option to Korean bbq
This is great if you’re shooting for Korean bbq with less sugar and the other bad stuff. Instead of cooking the steak as the directions said I cut the steak into small pieces, seared them and then simmered the steak in the sauce for about 20 minutes. I added some red pepper to give it heat and served it over rice with some green onion on top. Excellent product.

Good taste, easy to prepare
I rarely leave reviews. I expect products to do what I but them for. This did just that and then some. I love Korean bulgogi. I have a friend with a Korean wife. If she knows I'm coming over, she will make it for me. It is SOOO good. This is almost that good. And, I don't have to give her advance notice. I cooked it up in my enameled cast iron pan. It was done in just a few minutes. The taste is excellent. There is just a wee bit of heat on the back end. It was very enjoyable. I will definitely be getting this again. I highly recommend it.

Delicious!!!
The best part of these sauces is the taste, but almost as great as the taste is how easy they are to use. All you do is cook your chicken breast & then dump the sauce on, let things heat through & boom! it's done! Serve it over rice & you would think you'd ordered from a favorite restaurant. Highly recommend!

Love the flavor
I really like Kevin's Natural Foods sauces. They really have a nice flavor. I've tried several of their prepared chicken products (so several of their sauces). And they are all pretty flavorful. My main complaint is they're expensive (like everything that associates itself with trendy diets) and the first ingredient is water. Their is something that really annoys me when I'm paying a lot of money for something that has its most plentiful ingredient as water (not to mention water adds zero flavor).

So convenient and tasty too.
I have ordered 9 different flavors because I was so pleased with the first three I tried (Cilantro Lime - Korean BBQ - Thai Coconut). I have used with chicken and pork. Great for low carb cooking. Thank you for offering these in variety packs of three.
