Am using it straight under tongue, no longer just in teas. It seems to help with phlegm with regular use. Phlegm has been the family plague from my dad, onto me, and then onto my daughter. Less throat-clearing, clearer voice when I talk.

This stuff is AMAZING, I had a cough for a very long time. I started taking this and the terrible nagging cough is gone.

I bought this to see if it would help after getting over pneumonia few months ago. My lungs still didn’t feel quite right. I thought I would try this see it would help. Been taking it for about a month now I can’t tell noticeable difference.

Have only been using 2 days but seems to be drying up excess mucus. Dosage is not spelled out clear but bottle says 1 serving is 1 ml. Per Google There are approx 20 drops in 1 ml. So I use 20 drops 2x a day. Will wait and see if dosage adjustments are needed. Really has no flavor when mixed in another beverage. No adverse effects noted so far. Gets 4 stars instead of 5 because of the lack of specific dosage information.

It actually works I’ve been a smoker all my life and by using this product I can breathe again no more coughing I highly recommend it

Everybody says when you take these after you quit smoking you cough up a lot of phlegm. You do that anyway with or without these pills. It's all a bunch of hype.
