Good strong product; handles my Canon XH-A1 with no problem; I'm very pleased...I especially llike the fact that the plate the camera attaches to adjusts relative to the size of the camera; the XH-A1 is a fairly large camera and this head accommodates it very well.

Performed as advertised

The product's build quality seems to be superb and it arrived in extremely secure packaging. I mean extremely secure! It will take a good while to remove all the plastic. The bad thing is that the instructions are HORRIBLE and there are very limited videos on how to assemble and operate the equipment. The Sr. Pan/Tilt head on my purchase does it's own thing. If I move the joystick to pan right, it goes into a full 360 degree pan and tilt. If I move the joystick to tilt up, it pans right. And to make it worse, I haven't been able to find a solution anywhere online (and we start filming in 3 days). So far, the only support is through email and I think the support is in India. This is not what I paid for.
