Very nice and versatile pull up bar with a few hiccups during assembly - see my review
Overall, this product is a sturdy and well thought out pull up bar that allows multiple hand positions. I added some comments to the assembly drawing and included a closeup view of the end of a screw, its washers and nut after assembly. You should not fully tighten these until the entire assembly is complete. There are two straight tube-bars that need to be squeezed together. Perhaps Dwayne Johnson could do this by hand but I had to place one bar (vertically) on a cement floor and hammer the opposing one after it was inserted. You have to make sure the hole in each is aligned with each other so that this subassembly's holes can be aligned with each of the other subassembly's #5 (curved bars) 'holes. Multiple hammer blows and checking hole to hole distance may be required. The included manual document is otherwise very helpful. This pull up bar assembly works well and will stay in place against the door frame while not in use. However, after your exercise sets are complete, I recommend that you remove the assembly from the door, since the door itself cannot be closed and if someone accidentally bumps into the pull up bar, it will fall. The hand grip exerciser (no assembly required) is a nice addition.

You get what you pay for and thats not a bad thing.
As the title says, its a really affordable option for a pullup bar to get some home exercise in. Everything does fit together and work properly, and you'll be able to get the same workout comparable to a bar for $45-65 range.Major gripes are that this does feel less sturdy than it should, and bends ever so slightly, but not enough to make you lose confidence in the bar. I recommend this for lighter weight guys (I'm 5'8, 145lbs). Maybe up to ~250 tops. Second gripe is that instuctions are a little unclear, but thankfully its an easy install. Longer screws are for the handle side, smaller screws are for mounting side. Secure each screw with a plain washer, split washer and nut in that order. Avoid overtightening like me, which caused the metal in the mounting bar to bend, but thats my fault. It still works fine.Make sure you lower your expectations. It's a chinese pullup bar. Fit and finish is compromised for price, but they delivered what they said they would. For a regular guy trying to get some home exercise, it gets the job done. Also comes with a little grip thingy. Pretty neat.

Bang for buck. Maybe.
For the price, it can't really get much better. Its build quality isn't the best. I weigh about 180 pounds. And it flexes with me hanging from it. If you weigh more than that I would consider looking for something a little more sturdy. It comes with a adjustable hand gripper, that is probably the best part of the package in my opinion. It also causes some slight damage to the molding around the doorway. If you have nice doorways you may want to look for something else. If you dont care. I say go for it. The picture attached is the slight damage it may cause.

Very Universal Product
For quite a while now I've been looking around for pull-up bars, but was very skeptical on purchasing an over-the-door one because I wasn't sure of the damage it would cause to the door frame. I finally decided to just give it a go and bought this pull-up bar. I was very impressed with how easy it was to assemble, as it only took a few minutes to properly set up. My roommates and I use the bar multiple times a day, and so far we have had no problems with it. There is plenty of padding on the sides and hook-part of the bar, so there have been no scratches or marks on the door frame. I really like how you are able to use it for other exercises beyond pull-ups, such as dips and push-ups; plus, it is great for stretching your back out on too. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product and its ability to be used for various other exercises.

Not great but not bad either
It's sturdy enough. Definitely not for dips. That part is a joke. Not enough range to even lift or drop enough for a proper dip. The instructions are actually inaccurate but it was easy once I figured it out myself. For what you get you definitely can't beat the price. The fact that some brands have the nerve to charge even higher for basically the same product is ridiculous. The grip clamp is actually the best I have seen. You can dial the resistance to be very easy or near impossible. You'll be crushing coal into diamonds in no time.

Might be missing the correct size screws
Had to knock a star off because all four screws that came with the pullup bar were the same size. You will find out quickly that you need two smaller screws for part of the install or else the washers do not meet the base before running out of space (the washers have a closed end).I remedied this by using two open ended washers that luckily I had on hand.

It was the cheapest model of it's type, but 100% sturdy and no complaints.
I have a bad shoulder and it's recommended therapuly to hang for periods of time from an overhead pullup bar. I also have the flexible exercise bands attached to it for other over the arm exercises. Does the job, 100% sturdy, why pay more?

Improve upper body strength
This pull up bar came with no assembly instructions or workout and nutrition guide as advertised. I think it was a return item that was resold to me. Nevertheless, the pull up bar is a good product and I think it will help me strengthen my upper body.
