Great quality clips to transform a regular bra into a racerback style
Ok, let me start out by saying that I didn’t expect much from these clips, mainly because of the lack of descriptive and detailed reviews. It’s hard to get a sense of how good a product is when the few reviews that exist are like a sentence or two. Since I’m really pleased with this product, I’m taking the time to write a really in depth review, so if you find it helpful, I’d appreciate it if you click yes below. I bought these clips because I had a really amazing bra that recently starting annoying the hell out of me because even though it fit like a dream, the straps started constantly falling down my shoulders. When wearing a tank top, about every 5 minutes I’d be tucking my bra straps back in place. I decided that rather than give up on the bra (which is so comfortable otherwise), I’d take a chance on these clips to see if they could remedy the situation. I’m really glad I did.The little package contained 3 clips: white, black, and beige. It’s nice to be able to match the clip with the color of the bra, though if no one is going to see it, I don’t think it’s necessary. Still, nice to have the option.True, there are no instructions with the clips (as one person stated), but after looking at the picture on the website to see the clip in use, it’s so intuitive that I think a child could figure it out. Complaining about not having instructions in my opinion is really ridiculous. Seriously. Just look at the picture on the website if you are confused. The only tip that I will give (which I figured out after after attaching the clips the first time) is that you will need to loosen your bra straps to transform them from straight over the shoulder style to racerback style. Which makes sense. For me, this was no big deal, since my straps were already as shortened as possible. After some adjusting to get the length and fit right, I ended up loosening the straps almost all the way. I find it easiest to put the clip in place and then put the bra on over my head (as if putting on a tank top) rather than trying to put the clips on after the fact. So, if you are looking to use these (or ANY type of racerback type clip) and your shoulder straps are as loose as they can possible get, clips will likely not work well with that particular bra. However, if you are wearing a bra with the shoulder straps as loose as they can possibly be, then you are most likely wearing an incorrect size and you really should be focused on getting a properly fitting bra instead of messing around with clips. One thing I learned is that most employees in department stores (Victoria's Secret included) measure bras completely incorrectly, and as a result many women wear the wrong size. They do this because there are about 100 different sizes but most bra departments only carry about 25 sizes, so by playing around with the numbers, they can get women to buy the bra size they carry (For example, a 34B = 30D in terms of cup volume, but an employee doing a fitting in a store is not going to tell you that your size is a 30D if the store doesn't sell it, they'll tell you that you are a 34B and hope you are too uninformed to understand that it's not the right fit so they can make the sale). For years, I was told by different ‘professional’ sizers that I was a 34B, but after researching online the proper way to size (hint: you should NEVER size over any clothing or another bra), I learned my true size was 30D/30DD (depending on the brand). Since bra departments don’t typically carry those sizes, I order from Nordstrom’s and a few other online retailers and the difference in fit is staggering!Back to these clips: I’ve been using the beige clip now every day for the past week. It’s made of a very sturdy plastic. I honestly don’t see this clip breaking or distorting; it doesn’t feel cheap (which was what I had been expecting before they arrived). In fact, I think I could probably use this clip every day for years and never have a problem with it, it seems that solid. Before trying it, another concern I had would be that I’d feel the clip’s edges against my skin and it would be irritating. So far, after 1 week of everyday use, I have yet to feel it at all. Usually, when I get home, the first thing I do is take my bra off (Ladies, you know what I’m saying here!) but since I’ve been using this clip, I’ve actually forgotten that I was wearing a bra and haven’t taken it off until it was time for bed. It must be said that I have an already amazing, properly fitted, extremely comfortable bra to begin with, so if you are wearing one that is cheap or ill-fitting, you’ll still probably want to pop it off first chance, no clip can change the quality of what you’re wearing. My last concern was that the clip would be visible under thin shirts/tank tops (which is primarily what I wear here in Florida). Again, these clips came through; they are flat and smooth and fit between the shoulder blades in such a way that they are not visible. In fact, the clasp of my bra protrudes more than this clip does.I'm including pictures of the clips so you can see them in action. In real life, my straps lay flat but in the picture they look very wrinkled since I had to adjust the length to accommodate the clip.So there you have it:-Sturdy and looks like they will last a long time without breaking or warping-Easy to use-Transform over the shoulder style bras into racerback styles-Invisible under clothing: can’t feel or see themI’m racking my brain to think of any negatives, but I really can’t find any. The only thing I could (maybe) say, and this is not a fault of the clip, but rather a critique of the advertisement of them is that they don’t transform a regular bra into a miracle bra, nor change the appearance of cup size. That is complete nonsense. However, I have noticed that my posture IS slightly improved, which can give the impression of a size change. However, if I just stand straighter with better posture without the clips, the effect is the same. So I do think it’s disingenuous to advertise these as some type of size enhancer.Update 6/10/16: Have been using the same clip almost every day for months now. It's still going strong, and I'm still loving it!2nd update 3/8/2017: Still using the original clip and it shows no sign of wear whatsoever. I think these clips will outlive me! As an aside, this was a Verified Purchase. Amazon inexplicably changed it and now this review no longer has any visibility, even though it seems the general consensus was that it was very helpful. Make sure you search "all reviews" not just Verified Reviews, because there seems to be a major bug.

Excellent for planning experts, contortionists, people with trustworthy friends
These are great, especially if you happen to be a contortionist, or have a helpful friend or robot nearby. If you aren't so lucky, it's still possible to use these devices - make sure to lengthen your straps and then fasten it at the base of your neck. You can adjust it to the right height with some creative wiggling or by grabbing some other object to push/pull it down if your upper body isn't super flexible.I love these because they are exactly what I expect, and now I can both wear some of my favorite garments AND move at normal speeds, safely strapped in. These things are low profile, don't move very much once in place, comfy (I slept with one on by accident, and it was totally boring and uneventful, which is exactly what you want). I normally don't like plastic stuff, but honestly if these were metal it would be weird (cold, and earn you a great time in airports), and this plastic seems strong enough. I wouldn't recommend trying to make an escape ladder made of bras fastened with these or anything, but for your typical usage, I've had no problems.Getting out of it again is sort of a fun challenge, but you just have to think it through first and you'll be fine. Or you'll end up in some kind of weird adult romantic comedy, giggling helplessly as you crash about trying to free yourself from an inanimate object that you keep telling yourself exists to serve YOU despite all evidence to the contrary.

Do the trick but a challenge to put in place yourself
These really do the trick. I've worn them three times now--they're comfortable and they stay put. However, here's a caveat to the big girls (2X and above)--it's not going to be easy putting them on yourself. There may be a way to put the clip on the bra first before you get into it--if so, I haven't discovered it yet! My bra straps are tight and my back is wide--I can't reach far enough to get the clip in place on both straps, so my husband has to help me. In order for my husband to get the clip on, I've got to put my shoulders back as far as I can for him to attach the clip to both straps. The clip makes the straps a little tighter, but on all but the tightest fit, the snug fit is not uncomfortable. It's such a relief to feel my straps actually stay on my shoulders and never inch down and sometimes fall off my shoulders. I would highly recommend these clips to anyone who has problems with strap slippage--these clips stop it cold!I wish I'd known about these years ago. I only learned of them through my physical therapist. I have an rotator cuff problem, bra straps make my shoulder ache. She told me these clips would move the straps much closer to my neck, alleviating the pressure on my shoulder. She was absolutely correct--instant relief!I highly recommend, but with the caveat to plus size gals--you may need someone to help you get them on. I guess it would be the same for anyone with arthritis or pain in her shoulders or any disability that makes it uncomfortable to reach almost all the way across your back behind yourself.

Tiny little thing. Big changes!
Who would have thought how a little piece could do so much?! These can, at first look, be confusing. But I promise, that they are easy to use and work with a variety of bras. Once on and in position, they help your breasts feel more supported and give a little extra cleavage. The first day they came in, I wore one all day. The next day, I put on a bra without it and immediately wondered why my bra didn't feel as supportive. I will be ordering more of these just in case I misplace one. They do seem very well made, even as I twisted and turned it the first time while learning to use it.

LOVE IT! Distribution of weight/lift feels fabulous, and my straps don't slide off!
TECHNICAL DETAILS:These clips are sturdy, large enough to hold up to 15mm straps, and very easy to use. Everything is exactly like the photos -- except the colour of the beige is better than the photo (it will match most nude/beige bras). "Cleavage control" and "larger cup size" descriptions are questionable, but all other claims are true. Arrived on time. Price is a bargain -- other, lower quality versions I've seen cost more in department stores.PERSONAL OPINION:Previous clips I tried many many years ago were flimsy, small, difficult and didn't hold when moderately active. These are a game-changer. Their design is large enough to support the straps and keep them comfortably in place. They convert an ordinary bra into a sports bra in seconds, without damaging the bra.I have narrow shoulders. Bra straps have never stayed up --until now! Plus, I've gained a lot of weight, have quite serious back and neck issues; therefore, supporting my breast weight and maintaining good posture is a MUST for me. This clip makes that easy and natural feeling.I lengthened my straps about 2 cm (experiment to find your fit) to allow for the clip. The clip was easy to fit around the strap adjuster/buckle and double thickness. I was able to tighten my band a little too. At the end of the day, I was still comfortable and not desperate to get out of my bra! I've less back/neck pain wearing it. The distribution of weight/lift feels just right and comfortable, and no more constant tugging at my straps through the day. Happy customer! :-)

Amazingly good !!!!!
These clips are great. Easy to put on and they stay in place. The clip it’s self is thick plastic and they can really hold your bra straps and boobs in place there’s no fear of them cracking or breaking any size can wear these clips with confidence and reassurance. I had a bra that had a hole and hook at the back and it was a drama putting it on and hooking it up from the back, plus it gave me such shoulder and neck pain I could only wear it for a short time, these babies don’t do that they are comfy sturdy and like I said they hold everything in place. No bumps under your vest tops, you can’t even tell I’m not wearing a razor bra. These are really good, I definitely recommend these bra strap clips. Great delivery from Amazon a happy customer indeed ; ) xx

Buy and try! I’m sure you won’t be disappointed
Bought on a whim as I work out a lot and cannot for the life of me find a low impact sports bra that doesn’t make my chest look squished or flat!!These enabled me to convert an ordinary t.shirt bra into a bra I can wear with halter/muscle back vests..... That on its own was so pleasing..... the fact that they actually lift your boobs as well was an added bonus. Can be a little tricky to use at first but once you get the hang of it it becomes really easy. Very happy customer here 👍

Game changer.
Absolutely amazing. A game changer. I’ve been looking for nice supportive racer back bra for ages to wear with certain dresses I usually have to wear a strapless bra with. These convert any bra to racer back. Also lift you at the front too. Love them. Ordered more for friends.
