Solved a weird issue I was having with my Razer laptop docking station connected to dual head KVM and 2 KTC monitors. Monitors used to freak out when playing videos and other things too like music. These solved the issue! Highly recommend giving them a shot to solve your issue!

For the past several weeks I have been having a lot of problems getting my 2023 M2 Mac Mini and my AOC 27" 27G2 monitor to work and play well together. I've tried adjusting the refresh rate and the resolution, but nothing was working. Finally, in desperation, I posted my problem to a Mac user group. Two people suggested changing to a different HDMI cable, with one giving a specific brand. It didn't work. Another person suggested using this, which they had successfully used in the past. I figured, "Hey, why not? I've got nothing to lose at this point, and it's a heckuva lot cheaper than replacing my monitor (which I happen to like very much). So, I ordered one and just plugged it in between the HDMI port on the monitor and the cable. Holding my breath, I booted up the mini. Lo and behold, IT WORKS! For anyone else experiencing this kind of problem with your M1 or M2 mini, which I am led to believe are very finicky about monitors, I highly recommend this EVanlak 3rd Generrtion HDML Edid Emulator Passthrough.

Bought these to make my 4x2 KVM switch work properly (it would only clone one monitors EDID so my resolutions were messed up). My computer recognizes my monitors as they should be, and gives me the right options for resolution. It also keeps the monitors "active" so my desktop doesn't freak out when I switch what my spare monitor is showing.

Monitors kept switching when plugging my laptop into the docking station. After putting these in line everything shows up in the right place. Glad to have them.

Used with Crestron UC-Engine for Microsoft Teams. Seemed to work well. Couldn’t be easier.

If you have M classic and 4k gamer pro and want to daisy chain them. this is a must if your TV supports 1440P. with out this M classic will output 1440P and cause 4k gamer pro to be a passthrough. or maybe not even work on the TV. but this tricks m classic to output 1080P and thus 4k gamer pro will pick that up and upscale to 4k.

If you have a dual screen KVM, and when you switch pcs and your windows all move to one screen then you need these. Pop one on each monitor cable and voilà problem solved!
