Will this fit on beer cans & keep my beer in the can until I get back to my seat at concerts?

These are the best lids I've come across as far as how easy to use and to clean. But I find that the pressure from the carbonation will pop the lid open the first time. Re-apply and you'll be good. I continue to use them as they're good for the fridge.

Do these fit four loko?

They fit a normal soda size top, so it does fit some of the bigger cans, but they still have to have the normal 12oz size top.

Do these lids fit the 7.5 oz. coke can?

We used them 12 & 16 oz cans. They can be used on smaller cans, but will not seal; only used as a dust cover.
