Fiela's Child (NEW LONGMAN LITERATURE 14-18)

Read this book a long time ago in South Africa, loved it then and I have enjoyed reading it again. It is very true to the way people were then, I lived in Knysna during the 70s/ early 80s and there were still very poor families living in the forest even then.

We read this story for book club, and everybody loved it. Such wonderful characters! just a fantastic story (Better even, this is a true story)
