Thea are great to get one or more people moving and doing a little exercise. I plan to use them in my outdoor area for just myself, but I could use them with a class if I needed to. I like the size, and feel of them. They are easy to use, and durable. I felt I got them for a solid price, so a good value. And they have a nice variety of movements represented that many people could probably do.

These workout dice are very fun to use and add a lot of humour and motivation to fitness sessions. The quality feels good, the size is convenient, and they’re excellent value for money. My teens absolutely love them, making them a fantastic and entertaining gift.

Fun approach to exercise
Fun way to approach exercise. Dice are well made and clear. 90 secs of some of the exercises maybe a bit excessive for beginners. No coaching points given as to how the exercises could be adapted for the less able/elderly person. I would suggest they are used by a fairly active person.
