Q: Will I be able to hear my mic and my guitar if I hook this up in our church?

Yes if you have a channel that works. Like a bus channel on your mixer.

Q: Can this be used as an iem, with the xlr connected to the the speaker output?

It is designed for use with IEM's, but the signal going to the belt pack has to be amplified. The volume knob on the belt pack is a passive attenuator, so it cannot boost signal above what it receives. So, the signal being sent to the belt pack must be amplified.

Q: Can u connect this to a direct box?

I supposed you could split the di box output, and connect to this, but I don't recommend the product regardless.
