Bought these about a month or more ago, waited to write my review to see how they performed.. Not surprisingly with a 3M product it is well designed, and the materials used are top quality.I used these on a wood floor to hold down a rug; I was wary of either, not being able to remove them, or, importantly, the adhesive leaving a stain in the wood when removed.So after a month or more, they have held the rug down very firmly, high traffic area, vacuuming, etc. and the corners haven’t lifted at all - period! I tried to lift them off the floor to see if they are indeed removable, with firm force, but very, very slowly pulling the corner, the adhesive slowly released from the floor, without leaving any adhesive behind, nor was the the slightest hint of discoloration of the floor beneath the adhesive, After inspection I applied firm pressure to put it back and it stuck down again, without any trouble,This is a genuine slow release adhesive that leaves nothing behind and does not bleed into the wood.Great product - I will buy these again for another 2 rooms where we are about to put rugs down on our newly installed wood floor.

Works great and absolutely prevents the carpet/rug from slipping and you cant even tell that it is there. I have a small dog that loves to go outside and prior to this application, he would run full- blast to the door. The rug would slide even though we had a non-slip pad under it. No more, this product keeps it FIRMLY in place. The only negative I can point out is that once the tape is in place, that is it. It will be difficult to pull the carpet up to regulary sweep/mop under it without eventually needing to replace the tape but time will tell.

I've tried using other rug gripping pads in the past, only to have them stick too well to the floor and not well at all to the carpet. But these are the best I have found, and I'm finally not fighting the battle of rugs sliding or drifting. I also like how these are constructed, not just as corner pieces, but can put this alongside longer rugs. If you're fighting the battle that I was fighting I would highly recommend this product to you.

Sticks to the rug a little too well. I had to move the rug and as I tried to lift it, it stuck to the floor and took some of the rug with it. Be careful when needing to lift the adhesive strips to pull slowly.

These work great! They are so easy to use, aren't too pricey. You do not have to use a lot of them on a larger rug. Just put along the edges/corners. I can't stand vacuuming and going from the hard floor to a rug and it gets sucked up. That no longer happens.

These are great! Bad thing is they doubled the price!!! So now I will find a different brand. Seriously $30 to hold down one rug? No thank you! I gave them five stars due to the quality. But for no other reason!!

I attached these to my hallway runner and it still slips. I'm worried about them damaging my hardwood floor.

My husband uses a walker and corners stay die. And safe for him to walk over. These are a perfect solution to keep our home both safe and comfortable with rugs
