This stuff works
I had large hard calluses from orthopedic issues and just using creams and a rasp didn’t work well enough, so I gave this cream a try. Twice a day for two weeks really works! It softens enough to peel and rasp away very hard, leathery skin. The only other times my feet were this good were on tropical vacations! Worth a try if you’re considering.

Seems a good product but need a further use to really decide
Use it for about 2 weeks, the cream has a reach thick texture which is nice, and good absorption and no odour.Other than that, can't really say if the cream does work, but will give a chance and probably will order more of it.

Rated highly for psoriasis alone! For dry, cracked heels? Eh.
I recently discovered that I had psoriasis with my first ever flame-up and it was horrible! And it was on my neck and chest of all places! My skin was getting brownish-red and quickly starting to scale up, I had no hope because I know my father—whom, of course, I directly inherited it from— has struggled with it for years on his leg and it's so thick and scaly that I thought it was inevitable. It also didn't help that I also have eczema so the odds were stacked. I read that lactic acid helps to breakdown the buildup of scales along with creating a "moisture barrier" that lasts but every time I used it, my skin would get so much more irritated to a point of stinging and almost burn-like sensations which at first felt assuring cause I thought it was working on my skin but I'd sleep with such pain, it was unbearable. I also became so sensitive to clothes covering that part, I contemplated wearing tank tops indoors all winter just to lessen my suffering, but of course, that's so counterproductive to someone who also has eczema to constantly expose the skin to cool air or even dry heat. And the worst part, I noticed the flare-up growing outward to my breasts! It was hopeless. I went back to my research and read how Urea could help since it's a biologically naturally produced factor in maintaining healthy skin that is lacking when it comes to extremely dry skin conditions. I tried it out and my skin immediately had a different response to it. My skin was reducing its redness, scaling, and irritation. The sensitivity decreased as well so I didn't feel the urge to scratch or was reminded of its pain. A little more than 2 weeks later of daily use, the symptoms of the flare-ups are gone! I don't feel a direct need to be so careful with my skin like I did before. Today, you can't even tell where the psoriasis is, there's barely a discoloration. And if I scratch my skin, it's cause it's just randomly itchy and not cause of a potential flare-up. I am not even worried that it could potentially lead to it. Obviously, this product has synthetically-produced urea, and it's also nice that there's also Salicylic Acid cause it's helpful to my condition. Lastly, they put tons of anti-inflammatory and heavily moisturizing base ingredients like Green Tea, Tea tree oil, aloe, and coconut oil which I'm sure only can safely help the skin with the reactions. I will definitely be purchasing it for the sole purpose of my psoriasis. I only wish I took photos of my flare-up progress just to show you, but I didn't think it would help me sooner than this. Now for feet? Eh. I've been using it for my cracked heels since I received it and there's no difference. I've used it post-shower and reapply once or twice a day just like my psoriasis and it lessened its intensity but they're not soft at all. I also make sure to wear socks the whole day to let the cream last against the skin but it's no different from any kind of heavy cream at this point. I'll still put it on cause it's moisturizing and maybe it'll take longer to see results but my rating for this product is high from what I needed this product for.For those suffering from psoriasis, it's a trial and error kind of illness. What works with one might not for others. This was my journey and thank goodness it took me 1 trial of another prior to this cause if this didn't work, I'd be out there researching again. But, for those in need, maybe this might help!

Sticky and absorbs slowly
I find this gel sticky. It takes some time to absorb fully so I have to be careful to use only a very thin layer of it. So I am still on the hunt for my "holy grail" urea product. I will say though that I appreciated that this came in a squeezable tube format (a lot of the other high percentage urea products here on Amazon seem to be sold only in tubs). The tub format is unhygienic for many reasons (increased exposure to air and bacteria).

Noticeable Nail Improvement After Only a Few Days of Morning and Night Use
I made the mistake of going to a Good Feet store. They miss-measured and to make a long story short, it took me and a podiatrist almost 14 months to correct the damage they did to my left foot in just a week. However, I am left with 2 toenails which may never grow back properly because of that damage. I ordered the 42% Urea cream to use on those 2 nails. I rub it into them day and night. After only a few days I noticed a slight improvement in those 2 nails. At this rate I just might feel confident enough to wear sandals this summer. The nails became yellowish, super thick, and warped (no, it's not a fungus - it's a deformity caused by bad measuring) but there is a slight thinning of the nail and they seem to be softening. There has been a lot written about Urea Cream that supports what I'm using it for on my 2 toenails, plus my podiatrist urged me to try it. Given my use for it, the success after only a few days, and the size of the container - I'd say it's a bargain. Also, it's not greasy and has no scent.
