Worked great for kicker boards under a drop-in range
Original kickers were permanently mounted made cleaning only possible by removing the range .Now it's got easy access for a mop,vacuum, swifter or whatever. Also extra bonus great place to stash valuables if you don't have a safe

Miracle Workers
I have a double pantry door with the ball and socket catch at the top. After a few years, they no longer worked. I was constantly closing the half opened doors, hearing the slams from my kids and catching the dogs getting in for treats. I don't know when I never thought to look for this, but I stumbled on it and took a chance. I had them installed and they are working perfect 3 months later. I will say they were a tad frustrating to attach to the door, the screws they provide are microscopic. BUT they are in and they are great, very strong hold.

Great magnets!
I use these on a pocket door going from my kitchen to my downstairs. This hold the door shut great. You actually have to use some force for it to open. Get this if you have toddlers or pets that want to explore.

After 1 year- still doing the job!!
