Can you use this to color grey Quikrete crack filler??

Probably not, the crack filler is more of a silicone and this die (oil based) probably won't blend with it.

how many square feet does a 10 pz bottle cover and is multiple coats necessary?

It's not paint, it's dye - thus you mix it in at the time you are adding water to begin the mixing process. The instructions on the bottle say, "One bottle will color two 80 lb. bags or 60 lb. bags of concrete mix, mortar mix or sand/topping mix. Color can be intensified by adding more color dye." I was mixing small batches at a time so can't really say how far a bottle went as I wanted a different intensity from every batch. Hope this helps.

Does it really take 1-2 months to ship as it says in the listing?

I think it depends on who is selling it. I have some for sale and it would not take that long. I could have it shipped out on Monday.

Can you use this to add to grout to make it colored?

Yes..but you will need to mix it into the water BEFORE adding any water to make up your grout..otherwise the color will not be consistent.
