Rear AC Line Set to fit 2011-2016 Ford Explorer, 2013-2019 Flex and MKT by Auto Cooling Solutions

The product is awesome, but this repair isn't for the faint of heart. You need refrigeration gauges, a vacuum pump, and perseverance!The line set was excellent, it was removing the old line connectors that was the difficulty.I had to cut the fittings in half with an oscillating tool.Then the AC line pulled out easily, but getting the part of the connector off the stud still took a pair of vise-grips and a lot of twisting. Really bad design FORD!Once the old lines were finally out, the rest was a breeze!

Comes with everything you need(2 lines, o-rings, zip ties). It took me over two hours to install. Installation is way easier than original aluminum lines.

This is a great product that is a game changer in replacing rear ac lines of Ford explorer. I will recommend and the product is of great quality and works fine.

Mechanic stated it was fairly easy to put on

Very unhappy with the poor craftsmanship of this product. In the back side of the lines. The factory crimp where it goes from rubber to aluminum is leaking. This is a huge inconvenience and the job has to be done again. It is a 3 plus hour job and now it has to be done again. Going with factory lines. Never again.

Just got added to my 2016 Ford Exployer 2 weeks ago fit great and held air conditioning gas. I won’t know for a yr weather the product would be better then the regular metal factory lines. Only time will tell.
