It’s ideal for creating an inexpensive walking treadmill in a small space. The top is nice and shiny so it looks more expensive.I recommend the shelf so long as (1) you don’t mind the long wait (mine took 2.5 months to arrive), and (2) you’re somewhat handy and have a drill because it took 2 hours to install all of the holes required. Although it doesn’t have any directions, they do send plenty of screws for it.

This item looked great on paper. However, it was a bit of a challenge to install. I’m a pretty handy guy and honestly this was a mess. It didn’t flush up to the wall when closed, the wall anchors did not work at all. And now I have drywall repair to fix the spot where it was mounted. I never used it…it was so frustrating that I threw it out. $80 wasted. Another cheap import from China. Find another option.

I put this ( measured to fit) in my very small laundry to help with folding clothes right out of the dryer. It is great! It is easy to put up and put down. So after I am done with it, I just put it down, flat against the wall. It is sturdy and gives me the work space I need when I need it. I would think this could be a great solution in any number of rooms where space is an issue and work space is needed. I do think the packaging could be improved, because my table came with slight damage to one of the corners, but I tried to fix the damage and put that corner against the back wall.

Had to buy wall anchors from HD as the provided screws were insufficient. Used in a small laundry room.

This table it's exactly how is shown in the potho. It strong and well made and it fixed exactly in the space that I wanted. It doesn't bring a very good instruction of how to install the brakes but is not difficult to do it. My husband bought new expansion because the ones that can with it did not hold well inside the wall and the brackets were loose. But overall is a very nice table and perfect for small spaces. Also, the customer service is excellent!

Go ahead and throw the wall fasteners in Garbage and Go to Lowe’s or Home Depot and get 12 wall anchors because they are absolutely useless

The tale too came in a box that was damaged. The top itself was damaged. It’s beautiful sturdy but packages poorly. Took a very long time to receive and just placed it on the wall during a remodel. I will keep it because it’s perfect for the space. But for the price it should be packed better so it will arrive I damaged.

It has a heavy weight so be sure to hang securely. Perfect for all your needs.
