Wears out after awhile. But worked fine for a few months. Would need to get a new purchase as it doesn’t hold in tummy once you start getting bigger.

This a decent temporary alternative to a real waist trainer. Just letting you know, it is not as long as pictured. Pay attention to the attached pictures from other reviews to find your body type and see how it will fit.Sorry that I do not have pictures, but I have a shelf rear end, meaning the top of my behind starts at a sharp angle and I have large love handles. I wanted to concentrate on this problem area, but this leaves about 3 inches of uncovered stomach and gives me a bulge at the top. It also leaves some back area uncovered that I wanted to work on as well. The waist trainer is positioned at the bottom in the same way that it is on the model in the picture.I ordered two, just because, but I ended up layering so that my hips and abdomen are covered. Not the most comfortable; the top cincher rolls up to the top of my "shelf" and the wires are pressing a bit into my back. It is tolerable though, and I will likely wear it like this until I lose more weight, unless I am wearing a form-fitting outfit. I have other shapers for that as well.Also, please moisturize before putting it on. I realized that I had some... what would you call it? Very weak carpet burns on my hips? I hadn't put on any lotion and should have known better. The shaper shifts and dry skin reacts badly to tight clothing that moves around.

I was a little hesitant to buy a trainer at first. I wanted one but the reviews of this product had me torn. This waist trainer is a great product. The material is of great quality especially for the price. I received my trainer about a week ago which is 3 full weeks before the expected arrival date. I wear the trainer daily from 7 a.m. until about 6 p.m. It is comfortable and flexible enough to move with me. I sit at a desk for about 70% of my work day and this shaper helps with posture while sitting as well. I ordered a XXL, even though my waist was measuring as a XXL (5'7 165lbs 38 in. waist) according to the chart provided on this page. Plus other customers were saying they ordered a size larger or exchanged theirs for a larger size. I am so glad that I got the XXL. It fits perfectly and it makes me looks slimmer while wearing it. I have noticed a change in my waist over the past couple days but I also started drinking infused waters the same day I started wearing the waist trainer. There is a slight draw back to this trainer and that is that you have to wear a tank or cami under certain tops because the outline of the fasteners can be seen through some materials. I love my summer tops so I just put a cami or tank under them and it looks just fine. Overall, I have had a positive experience with the trainer. I will update my review when I go to the next set of hooks (which hopefully will not be long).

It’s a good waist trainer but it is a little cheap. It ripped but that could just be from me pulling at it lol so overall good

Its a good product for the money you pay. Its comfortable-ish. It is a waist trainer so comfort isnt what it is made for. Only negative I have is that I have a long torso. So it's either too low so it's cutting into my back fat. But if I pull it higher then it's right bellow my belly button. Its elastic so if it's not in the right place it's either rolling down or rolling up. I have to choose a struggle. Dig into my upper back. Or cover more of my pouch. But when it's in the right spot it's good. Until I try to work out with it. Then in just completely uncomfortable. For me i use it when I'm sleeping or lying around.

Its cheap but its very good quality.. I dont know if it fits like a corset but it is Waist length it doesnt REACH to under your breast... It has air holes where you can feel comfortable wearing it... Im very HAPPY With my results i ordered it and Got a notication that it Been Shipped out on August the 14th i received it on today August the 21st you would probably need someone to help you put it on... Its very comfortable and sucks you ALL THE WAY IN!!!!! I got an XL and im kinda happy with the product you guys should really buy this i read the reviews and saw alot of good feedbacks so i went ahead and tried it... Shipping is very fast I Put two pictures up showing With the trainer on and without it on when i took it off it did feel like my stomach was gettin flatten im in love with this product already

I enjoy the quality of this waist especially for the price. My best advice is to measure your waist exactly to the inch because of the sizes, I’m a xxl with a high waist of 33in. I wear it every other day for 1/3 of the day and I’ve lost half an inch in a month! Happy waist training

Bought it for my mom. She needed it as she had some medical issues. Got the job done.

I just received this today, and it's great! Smooths my abdomen area and is very comfortable. It's difficult to put on at first, but once it's on it's fine. Pay special attention to the size chart. Actually get out a tape measure like I did. I'm normally a large in shirts, but according to this size guide I'm a 3xl. Fits perfectly and great quality!
