Tough Armor Case Compatible with iPhone SE/8/7 - Black

I’ve had this for a few months now, since I got a new phone. Previously I always used Otterbox cases, but I disliked the current style of theirs for my phone as I found it too smooth and slippery in my hand. This Spigen case came up as an alternative option so I gave it a try, and a few months later I’m very glad I did. It’s been on two holidays with me and has stood up to a lot of daily wear too, plus a couple of accidental drops onto hard floors with no damage to the phone. Really sturdy case and I was able to fit a screen protector to the phone and a PopSocket Slide over the case with no problem, making the whole set up very secure. Top marks for quality and value, in my opinion.

I had an identical one that I bought over 4 years ago and it lasted really well. I have dropped my phone countless times over those years and the case has protected it from damage. I also like the little stand on the back, so that I can watch things/make video calls without having to prop my phone on something.

Works as it should.

This phone case is good and had been dropped multiple times and will save you phone if you drop it on the edge or the back but will crack your phone if dropped on the screen. The stand at the back is very sturdy and used a lot.

Favourite case. On my second one. Only purchased another as it had solvent spilt on rear. I’ve had same phone as I had pre covid. The case is the difference maker.

Good looking, robust cover. Worth paying the extra for something that’s going to last.

The matte black finish feels so premium and looks good on the Starlight model. I love how the Tough Armor adds a little bit of heft to the SE and makes it feel boxy, grippy and protected. There’s a sizeable bumper around the display that doesn’t feel flimsy, the cutouts are VERY precise, the Apple logo shines through and the kickstand will definitely come in handy.

6年前からiPhoneにはSpigenと決めていて、今回も指名買いです。何といっても保護性能が高い。素材が良いのでしょうけれど、尻ポケットや鞄の高さから落としたくらいではiPhoneはおろかケース自体にも目立った傷がつきません。お陰さまで端末に傷がついた経験は皆無です。相当な高さから落とさないと端末にまでダメージが及ばないのではないのでしょうか。各端末に隙間なく嵌まる精度で作られているので、着脱にはそれなりの力を要します。もちろん一旦装着すれば、落とした拍子にケースが外れてしまうことなど起こり得ません。経年変化にも強く、シリコーン製のように伸びて緩くなることもありません。ボタンやカメラの穴の位置もばっちり合っています、 ケースが角ばっていますので手で掴んだ時に「道具っぽさ」に通ずる安心感があるのも自分好みです。背面のスタンドは70度くらいの角度で画面を立てますので、新幹線などのテーブルに置いて、若干シートをリクライニングしたくらいのリラックスした姿勢で見ると（自分には）ちょうど良い感じです。スタンドを収納する際はパチッとしっかり固定されるので、ポケットからの出し入れで引っかかったりもしません。 スマートさや繊細さは評価軸になく、守る、に徹している設計がなんとも爽快です。価格に見合った価値があると思いますので、今後もiPhoneにはSpigen一択ですね。
