The mole repellent units were easy to put in place and seem to be effective keeping pest away from gardens. One of the 4 units failed to work right out if the box and when contacted the company sent replacements! We also know others who use these units and report their effectiveness with the C batteries lasting several months before needing to be replaced.

I started feeling like Bill Murry I Caddy Shack when I could not deter a mole from my back yard.A family member suggested this product, having had good results years ago with a similar looking device.When he visited he was surprised to hear a buzz sound and not a click sound. His clicked!Anyway, I had to also purchase twelve D-cell batteries to make them work, three each!The results are in. In defiance, our mole continues to push up the earth directly where one of these is planted. I didn't want to poison it, but soon that may be my only option.

Just started using these this summer ..... had 8 throughout my yard. Did not have a gopher problem while they were working. Then all of a sudden a gopher mound appeared. I checked them and they had all stopped working and replacing the batteries does nothing.If they were advertised as disposable, that would be more accurate!!

We had one issue with one of the units. I called the warrantee number and did not get an answer but noticed that the business hours were 9-5 PST. The representative from the company called me back at about 8:15 PST ( we are in EST) and she got our number from a missed call. We did not leave a number as we saw that they were not open yet. Anyway the representative from the company called us back and took care of the problem immediately after we gave her our Amazon order number. The product works great and sometimes a problem happens and we see how good a company is how they react to a problem. This company was great and replaced the item. This all accused before they we open for official business and greatly appreciated their effort to take care of this. Again the product works great as well as the solar units we purchased and I Very Highly recommend the product but especially the Company behind the product.

Be patient! The moles will leave.

It didn't work at all. It's not effective. It did not deter the moles/gophers. It's not worth buying and of course I will not recommend to anyone.

The stakes are loud enough to here from some distance away. Can only guess what is sounds like under ground.
