Good quality. I just have a swallowing problem; of all the supplements I take, this one requires a really big gulp of water or it'll get stuck going down. The next supplement swallow takes it down, but it happens every time. I will consider a different brand, unfortunately.

Easy to take. Burp up black seed oil😁
These are small and easy to take but I do find myself burping up that black seed oil flavor. YukI also purchased the liquid black seed oil and that doesn't make me burp and it seems better quality, better delivery so I'm going to stick with the liquid one.
