No. No fan can actually make a room colder by lowering temperature-- only AC can do that. You feel coo!er because air blowing over your skin

At which speed is the 1710 CFM?

This is a piece of junk. I put it on the curb 6 months after I bought it. Too heavy and flimsy base very noisy. I don’t know what 1710 cfm is and don’t care anymore
