Yes it can. I have loads in mine. I use it for at home on my land. (Horses & dogs) So I have dog poo bags, penknife, snacks, phone, 2x ear pod things, Keys, head torch if not needed. Screw driver and fence fixing bits. Literally all sorts. Haven’t had it full yet! All the pockets are fab as can keep away your phone or other bits that get scratched. The poo bags I pop in the outer pocket on the flap with the logo on so super easy to access. I love mine. Have every thing I need.
