My Cats Love it! Even the Picky one
I've been buying this for my 2 cats for a long time. Acana products are amazing. They consistently love it & they have smaller, less smelly poops. That is always a good thing! Can't say if its tasty, but they dig in!! Quality ingredients. Quality company. I have a 15lb Maine Coon Kitten! She can eat some food. I find she eats less and still fills up. That's quality for sure.

Nutritious, fresh - they love it!
We have our own cats, including a couple of mamas who help us with our foster kittens and adult cats. One mealtime a day is a big part of socialising when ready so we wanted something that would benefit the majority of them when they are eating together. After researching various brands and talking with some pet nutritionists, we decided to try the Indoor Entrée, which was recommended to help balance the rescue cats health and give them much needed nutrition. It's a great basic dry food, plus it's versatile for making mash or wet food. With rescues come a variety of breeds, sizes and health issues, dietary and other histories, so we have had a variety of recommendations and tried many types of foods. So many have ingredients that are not necessary or beneficial, and ingredients that cause bloat etc. Our cats ALL ask for this, and know what time it is when they smell it.This dry food was an instant hit with our pickiest mama cat whose fur has taken on a gloss never before seen.We are sure this helps to de-stress them as even in a few weeks we are seeing faster behavioural changes, better sleeping and grooming habits, and more. I'm impressed with the freshness, quality and results.

I’m sure it’s a fine, but my cats won’t eat it…
I’m sure it’s a fine cat food but none of my 4 cats will eat it. They are hooked on their old food I guess. I should have given 5 stars but took one star off because of this

Purr-fectly Satisfying: Acana Dry Cat Food is a Hit with My Indoor Kitty!
First and foremost, the ingredients in this cat food are top-notch. Acana uses real, premium animal proteins as the main ingredients, and I can tell my cat is benefiting from the high protein content. It's reassuring to know that I'm feeding my furry friend a diet that mimics what she would naturally consume in the wild.Since transitioning to Acana, I've noticed a remarkable improvement in my cat's overall well-being. Her coat has become shinier and softer, and her energy levels have soared. I attribute this positive change to the balanced nutrition provided by this cat food. Plus, it's specifically formulated for indoor cats, so it helps manage her weight and keeps her digestive system in check. What also impressed me about Acana is the absence of any fillers or artificial additives. It's grain-free, which is essential for cats since they're obligate carnivores. I appreciate that Acana focuses on providing a wholesome diet that is free from unnecessary and potentially harmful ingredients. Moreover, the kibble size and texture of this cat food are perfect for my indoor kitty. It's easy for her to chew and digest, and it keeps her satisfied throughout the day. I've noticed a significant reduction in her begging for treats or constantly meowing for food since switching to Acana. It's a relief to see her content and happy.Lastly, the packaging is sturdy and resealable, which helps to keep the food fresh for an extended period. It's also convenient to measure out the right portion size for my cat's daily meals, ensuring she gets the right amount of nutrition without overeating. In conclusion, I highly recommend Acana Dry Cat Food for Indoor Cats to all feline owners who want to provide their indoor kitties with a nutritious and delicious diet. The quality of the ingredients, the noticeable improvement in my cat's health, and the absence of fillers make it a superior choice. With Acana, I feel confident that I'm giving my cat the best possible food, and she absolutely loves it.

This food is keeping my cat alive. Literally.
My elderly cat has some kind of inflammatory bowel disease / immune system / allergy thing. He was on steroids. He was on prescription canned food until he became allergic to it. He had diarrhea for months. We thought he was a goner. He was even hospitalized. I bought hundreds of dollars worth of different kinds of cat foods, both canned and dry, trying to find something he could tolerate. He can eat this food. With the addition of a little lean protein (a half tablespoon of ground turkey or chopped chicken breast) his insides are perfectly content. His weight has stabilized, he is off the steroids, his liver and kidney function are a-okay. His coat is fluffy and shiny, and he's playful and content. What else can I say? This food has a slightly reduced fat content for a dry cat food (14%), and tons of digestible fiber from oats and acanthus grass. This much digestible fiber is perhaps unusual in a cat food and it can be really important for an older cat. Other dry cat foods use rice, corn, wheat or even cellulose fiber (!) for bulk and fiber, none of which my cat can tolerate. This stuff is easy on the stomach. The only other fiber I would recommend for a cat with similar digestive issues is tomato pomace, and the one cat food I know that had a high proportion of it has been discontinued.Thank you Acana. Please do not reformulate or discontinue this cat food!
