Simple and great product
This little egg cooker pays for its self in the first use! I love this and I make healthy omelettes nearly every morning. I love that I can use two eggs and all the extra ingredients I want and it is fluffy and delicious. I have tiny clean up and can go on my way quickly after breakfast. Great product. I have also done perfect hard boiled eggs. I highly recommend this product.

Perfect eggs every time
We bought this egg cooker because it was suggested to eat hard boiled eggs a few times a week to cut hunger cravings.. you put in a cup of water with the cup it comes and the unit heats up and the capacity holds up to 7 eggs. Put the cover on and flip the switch and within 12 minutes you have perfect hard boiled eggs. When the eggs are done a beep goes off letting you know they are ready. The unit is inexpensive and works great.

Versatile and Convenient Egg Cooker - Five Stars!
I recently purchased the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Electric Egg Cooker, and I couldn't be happier with its performance. It’s incredibly simple to use, thanks to the provided measuring cup that ensures you add the right amount of water for your preferred level of cooking. While it may take a few uses to perfect your personal taste, the cooker consistently delivers eggs exactly how you like them once you figure out the right water level. The versatility of this cooker is impressive—it handles hard-boiled eggs, poached eggs, and omelets with ease. Cleanup is straightforward, as most parts only require a quick wipe with warm soapy water or a cycle in the dishwasher. The poacher section does need to be lightly oiled to prevent sticking, if not it adds a bit more effort to the cleanup, but it's a minor inconvenience compared to the overall convenience. What I really appreciate is the speed and ease of use. Whether I’m in a rush in the morning or preparing a quick meal, this egg cooker saves time and delivers great results. I highly recommend the Hamilton Beach 3-in-1 Electric Egg Cooker for anyone looking for a reliable and versatile kitchen gadget.

Leaves a little to be desired.
The good news is that it will hard cook eggs correctly if you stay closely by during the cycle. The bad new is that the timer will make 3 very quiet beeps when the cooking is complete but you had better stand close if you want to hear it. The first time I used it I went into another room assuming I would hear the alarm when the cycle ended. About a half hour later it dawned on me that I did not hear and alarm and that something went wrong. The eggs were a bit over cooked but edible. Note: The stated time for 7 hard cooked eggs is 18 minutes. The second time I used it I set an alarm on my phone and went back into the kitchen early. That was when I discovered the the alarm will provide a very muted beep beep beep and then cease to sound. Not a good feature. Also, upon receipt discovered that this cooker provides no capability to puncture the egg shell before cooking. I used a pointed nut pick to puncture the eggs. It was such a simple thing to have the tool mounted on our previous egg cookers and the lack of it turned out to be a real pain.I have not returned this cooker but I'm fairly sure that there are better ones out there for the same money.

Easy to use, no mess!
I have chickens. For some reason the eggs were impossible to peel without tearing off big chunks of egg white. I researched and tried everything. No luck.A friend told me about this cooker and I was skeptical.First batch, perfect! Shells practically fell off. Second and third batches were just as good!My daughter wants one for her dorm room. Super easy to use with minimal clean up.I am a fan!

Best thing ever!
I love this egg cooker. Cooks up to 7 eggs at the flip of a switch. Just add water with the cup provided put the lid on it and flip the switch. You’ll have boiled/steamed eggs in no time. No fuss no mess..just eggs cooked perfectly and ready to eat or prepare as you wish.. Once done, I drop the eggs into a small ice bath and within a few minutes they are ready to peel. The shells slip off easily every time and they are cooked perfectly. Best thing ever!

Love
I eat a lot of eggs. Got this for summertime specifically because it is very hot where I live. This is the best! Cooks my hard (medium) boiled eggs in about 7-8 mins. without heating up my house by boiling a big pot of water. It’s so cute too. Works really well.

Fine for the money, but no auto-shutoff
I paid $13 for this and for that price, what it does is fine.I usually do eggs in my instant pot and this is a lot less hassle as far as storage. But there are some caveats:There is no timer. The way it works is that it runs until it runs out of water. If you want soft eggs, you put a little water. If you want harder eggs, you put more water. When it runs out water, it beeps, but it does NOT shut itself off.I think this is probably a safety issue and it should beep AND power down when it runs out of water. It's fine for me because I run it while I'm washing dishes or whatever and don't leave it unattended. But it might not be so great for people who will forget about it running. It only beeps ONCE and it is not a loud beep at all.It comes with a little plastic cup to measure the water. My plastic cup (April 2024) did NOT have a pin at the bottom to prick the eggs. I don't care about that but you might. The plastic measuring cup has lines up the side to tell you how much water you need for each type of egg. I am positive the letters on this cup will wear off entirely in a year and then I won't know how much water to add anymore. It would be better if this machine came with a list that told you how much water you need for each kind of egg.Better still would be setting it up so it held a bit more water than you need and a timer with a setting for each kind of egg.But it's a simple machine for a simple job, and I didn't pay a lot of money for it. I mostly use mine to do poached eggs for on toast and it's super easy for that. I spray it with cooking spray first and they pop right out. I've also done hard boiled ones in it and they came out fine and were easy to shell.
