Two Separate Computers, Two catastrophic hardware failures.
Before you read this review I'd like to iterate that I have a masters degree in a computer science field, so I am not just a "Dumb customer" who doesn't know how to work a PC.I ordered this PC around two months ago on the 1st of Feb 2021, it arrived quickly within a couple of days which I was very happy with. My excitement quickly turned to disappointment when the PC bricked itself upon running any process which caused strain on the hardware. (Games, graphical rendering, and sometimes even just booting up).Going to google others had similar issues on other builds so I tried a lot of the solutions that seems to work for others, of course the first attempt at repairing was to ensure all drivers were updated, testing the RAM, reseating the RAM, Repairing windows files, reinstalling windows (including all drivers), enlarging the page file (due to paging fault blue screen of death), CHKDSK and some other Run commands. Nothing even slightly helped to resolve this issue after around a week of troubleshooting and effort on my part.So I got in touch with the customer service and they were very responsive, I arranged to send the PC back for a full replacement (not a repair, totally different PC) and I have to commend their Customer service team for their helpfulness in fact I feel bad giving such a bad review after they tried hard to assist me.When I received the next PC, another week later. A similar catastrophic failure occurs. Again, upon putting stress on the PC with applications such as games or 3d rendering, the pc bluescreens, (this is an improvement from bricking at least?) The various bluescreens I got are as follows, System_Service_exception, Paging_fault_in_unpaged_Area, IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL, there have been several others but these are the three most recurring. According to the troubleshooting software "WhoCrashed" they can be attributed to both hardware or software issues but that System_Service_Exception is likely a hardware fault. As I needed this PC for working on a graphical design project I am no longer able to afford to just send it back and fourth, waiting another week for the second refund/replacement which they did kindly offer. So I am now stuck with this half-functional PC which thankfully can run 3D rendering software for an hour or two before this issue occurs and there are some games which do not suffer from the bluescreen issue which I can play in my free time.If you have the time, patience, and mental health to return this PC multiple times until you get one which works then I would say go for it! I was told that I was dumb for buying from Amazon and I brushed it off because a PC is a PC, I now regret that decision and will be sticking to [Insert reputable dealer] in the future. As for issues other than the hardware faults, the Stock RAM is incredibly slow, possibly the slowest it is possible to have DDR4 RAM, the motherboard also only supports two RAM slots so if you wanted more RAM you would need 2x16 GB sticks rather than the superior option of 4x8GB sticks. This probably doesn't matter much for current gen Gaming but would be more noticeable with 3d rendering software or other very RAM heavy applications. And the Graphics card on the second pc was covered in dust when it arrived not really an "issue" but kinda unpleasant. If it worked fully I would have been happy with this PC after a RAM upgrade. Thanks for reading, and if you decide to purchase, good luck!

If you're worried this is a rudimental bodge job PC, read this
Customer service is second to none. Prompt responses and couldn't do enough to help with a minor issue, and when it comes to PC's that's worth more than any spec or parts list.Don't worry about this being a PC builder that substitutes parts for cheaper alternatives, even the looking glass was the original tempered glass and all components were branded variants e.g Gigabyte, MSI, etc apart from the RAM which is the cheapest part of a PC anyway.Cannot recommend enough.
