It is only on & off I got it for toilet pipe so you can turn water off if disconnecting toilet

I bought these valves to isolate the central heating radiators, ideal for this job.

Q: Is that valve come with compression olives?

Yes the olives are in the nut ends

Q: Can yhis be used with plastic pipes?

I don’t know I only have these connected to copper pipes .
