It was awesome. My cats loved it.

Highly recommend for those who live in a cold climate with cats who can't get enough warmth. I paired mine with a heating mat for cats for added warmth. If you wish to follow my lead, cat heating mats don't heat up significantly so shouldn't pose a fire hazard inside a bed like this. If you don't like the cord coming out of the entrance, you can easily cut a tiny hole in the back for the plug to go through, and sew it up like a button hole to prevent fraying. Please note: mine came pushed into itself so it looked like a topless bed at first. I almost wrote a negative review, but upon further inspection, I realized I was an idiot and hadn't noticed the very inconspicuous opening between the two ends. So I slid my hand in and easily popped it open, revealing the yurt bed I'd ordered. Don't make the same misidentification I did! Very good quality fabric, I wash mine in cold water on delicate cycle and air dry, and it cleans fine. It also comes with a matching pillow, but since I put a heating mat in mine, I keep the pillow on the couch next to me for my cat, who seems to find it comfortable enough :)

Comments said 2 cats could fit in it. My 10lb. dog cannot fit in it. Its tiny. Whats worse is that it came from China and took 2 wks. to arrive. No return labels, no papers at all. Post office having hard time in finding city or province address for return and said it would cost more to return than price of bed. Ad never said it would come from China! Just heard from the P.O. She called me to say it would cost me $81.00 to return it to China. Boy, was I stupid to deal with FFMODE. Will donate it.

I purchased this Dog "cave" bed so that my 8lb. Yorkie would have something warm and cozy to sleep or hide in during the colder months. This is not her main bed, it's just an additional place for her to relax in. I purchased the large size because I wanted to make sure that she had enough room to fit comfortably inside. The cave arrived in a vacuum sealed bag with a little note saying that the wrinkles would slowly disappear over two hours. The cave looks pretty much like the picture and my dog fits nicely inside. I was hoping that the outside material was a little more sturdy so that it wouldn't become dilapidated so easily and I wish that the opening was a slightly bigger. I like that the inside pillow is removable, but I wish that the pillow was filled with a little more stuffing, since it seems pretty flat. Overall, I am satisfied with this purchase even though my dog likes to pull the pillow out and play with it rather than actually sleeping in it.

The quality is okay. The idea is great as I noticed that my dog liked to scratch the blankets into a cave-like shape. However, he will not get into this. I even put a treat in it. He gets it out and walks off. He peed on it once so I had to wash it and it doesn't hold its shape. I threw it away but kept the pillow. I think if your dog gets into it, it could be okay. But if you have to wash it, which I would think you would eventually, I am not sure how many washes it would last.

This was exactly what I was looking for. I have a space between the bathroom sink pedestal and the heat vent wall where my cat likes to sleep in the winter months. Because the sides of the cave are soft it fit easily. I was a little concerned when I got it because as other people have mentioned, it is wrapped really tightly and I was worried that it wouldn't regain its shape. It did, with no problem. I also want to mention that there is a strong musty / rubber odor to the inside of the cave when I first opened it; so I removed the pillow and let them both air out for almost a week before I introduced it to my cat. She's in there now; she may come out when the weather warms back up.

I got two more, one for each floor in my house. When the two more arrived, they packed in vacuum sealed bags. Taking them out of the bags they were basically ruined. Being smashed down in the bags destroyed the integrity of the beds. They won’t stay open. It’s terrible. The first one I ordered last year wasn’t packed like this. It is in great shape. I have the first one I ordered in the left side and the new one that just arrived on the right and the third one in the vacuum bag it came in. This new packaging ruins the bed. It’s useless now. I gave it two stars because the first one was great. But the new packaging ruined it.My original review: My cat got in this bed as soon as she saw it! Our basement is tiled and she hates how cold it is but my office is down there so she goes to be with me but whines about the cold. She stays with me happily all day now that she has this sweet little warm cocoon to rest in! I totally recommend this for your cat!

I don't have time to write a review but after getting this pet cozy I made the time. Every great thing you read about this cozy is true.It made so nicely, it was delivered on time. I unpacked it and my cat jumped right in it and hasn't come out of it for the past 3 hours haha. Kitty LOVES her new bed. She's of average weight ( towards the slimmer side) she fits it nicely. I have a larger cat that I know would loveto have one but as of this time they don't make a larger one to my knowledge. I plan on contacting in regards to this. I feel this one wouldbe a bit tight for the larger cat. This bed would be large enough for a dog no bigger then a small cat. I could go on and on about this bedbut you get the idea and I have to contact the company now to see if I can get a lager one for my other cat. Buy the bed you and your sweetheart will be so so happy.
