Blade is Sharp. Really sharp. Holding up well in a professional kitchen. I paid 26 and originally 70+. Well worth it. Be careful. She's sharp

I purchased this for my wife who is a wonderful chef and loves having anything that makes her cooking experience better. This knife is wicked sharp and and so very well balanced. The fit and finish is something that you would expect in a much more expensive knife. She now has a new favorite chopping knife that she loves using. If you are looking for a very nice piece of kitchen hardware you will be impressed with this knife.

Great knife

I'm a home chef and my ex got the expensive knife set in the divorce. I wanted a good quality chef knife without spending too much money. This knife is very sharp and cuts very well. I also purchased an 8" chef knife that was more than twice the price (German made). While it was clear the German knife has a thicker blade and a more comfortable handle, the Imarku knife still cuts better! This isn't a $200 knife, so don't expect it to be. For the money, it's a fantastic value. FYI, I use it to cut vegetables, and meats. It slices, filets, dices, chops, all very well. Veggies seem to stick to the knife while cutting, but that happens with every knife I've used regardless of price. I would recommend this knife. I've had it for a few months, so I can't say how it will hold up over time. But, so far, so good.
