These are thinner and smaller in section size than a J cloth. To make sense of them as a wiping cloth you need three or four sections so they are not that economical. I think they are overpriced for what they are.

I sous vide a lot of meat before finishing it off in a hot pan. These towels dry the meat quickly, don't leave flecks like paper towels can do, and stop the meat sticking to the pan. Excellent.

I picked these up for my office. I got tired of bringing towels home to wash, but paper towels are too thin for washing dishes. We only have dishes a few times a month, so I picked these up. We are able to use them all day for an event and not have to worry about laundering them afterwards. They are thin, but they work great for washing dishes.
