What is the width of the part of the rug that goes around the toilet? The last rug I bought didn’t fit

Unable to measure at the moment but I will say this: I think it’s designed for a newer, narrower at the base toilet. Mine is older and is wider at the base and the rug doesn’t fit. I use it anyway.
