Breathe Again Essential Oil Synergy Blend from Aviano Botanicals Aviano Rocks! I love the oil blends that I have tried from Aviano. I am not schooled in combining oils & the right amounts of each oil to use. These Aviano Blends are perfect for me! Breathe Again is a blend of Peppermint, Rosemary, Spearmint, Lemon, Eucalyptus, and Lavender. It is wonderful to diffuse ant time of day or night. I have allergies and sinus problems, sometimes I get to the point where I just want to go to bed & sleep. I get sinus headaches & my head feels like it it going to roll off of my neck. I get stuffed up from allergies. This blend helps open up my stuffy nose so I can breathe out of my nose, instead of doing the mouth breathing thing. Plus, my sinus pressure is lessened to where I can function without the constant pain. I have found that Breathe Again also help with headaches. The blend is great in a diffuser or for more immediate help - a dab on my temples & just breathing the oil really helps. I also put a drop on my wrists. It's so convenient to just sniff my wrist. I breathe in & BOOM-it helps! I did receive my first bottle of Breathe Again at a reduced cost for an honest opinion. I have purchased 2 more bottles to give to friends. It's great! I love it! I really just started using your Breathe Again product about 1 week or so ago. So far, I love it! I actually put it in roller ball topped bottles, for easy application. I have REALLY BAD allergies, to where I am going through allergen injections, in order to build my immunity to the many allergens I am allergic to! My nose, as a result is a "train wreck". So I rub vit e oil, Neosporin and your oil in and upon my nose. So far I am very happy with your product! I would like to find out more about your company, and where you get your plants, resin, etc. and how you ditill and keep high quality of your oils.

This is a serviceable blend of aroma oils for respiratory relief but it is much heavier on the fennel oil then the Doterra. I prefer the Doterra as I don't like the licorice smell of fennel.

This was my first time using Breathe Again......I found that I had to use several drops in my diffuser before I could smell it. It was also difficult to see how much was coming out of the bottle, and I had to shake it pretty good! I think a dropper would be more useful and make it easier to use. I did put several drops in my oil diffuser at night to help with sinuses. It did seem to help a bit, but not as much as I thought it would? Maybe I need to use more? I did rub a small about under my nose and found that it was a lot more successful in aiding my sinuses to clear :) Being that I'm a newbie with all this, I think with a little more time and experimentation, I will get better results. Definitely worth trying.

This is really nice oil. I used it on my kids when they had really bad coughs earlier today. They were coughing about every 5 seconds. I almost took them to the dr but then i remembered I had this oil and decided to try it before taking them in. I put a little coconut oil on their backs and 4-5 drops of this oil and rubbed it in. They stopped coughing for the most part and they kept saying how relaxing it was. I'm going to do it again before they go to bed, but I would guess that this oil saved me a trip to the pediatrician!

Was hoping this would help my family, however have used for 3 fulll days in my diffuser and smell nothing, not helping anyone breathe. Should have just used Vicks

I used oils in a diffuser that doubles as a humidifier all the time. This oil, specifically, leaves behind a residue which makes the ease of the humidifier diffuser not so easy to change between oils. I've been using oils for quite some time but I've never had one leave an oily residue like this behind before.

Love it! My sinus problems are reduculs because of my allergies! I have ro take too many prescriptions to make them better! Somone told me to use oils so thought i would give it a try.. so far i have used it one night and i woke up feeling like a new person! And the best part i didnt need to take any meds
