Country Life, Maxi-Hair Plus Biotin, Supports Healthy Hair, Skin and Nails, Daily Supplement, 240 ct

I absolutely love these. I have been buying them from the health food store for about a year and a half now and they are probably the only hair multivitamin that I have seen good results with. My hair grows very slow to begin with and my nails have always grown poorly due to work environment even when eating a very good diet and taking other supplements. Please are probably the only supplement I have taken that I have noticed a significant difference in my nails and how fast and thick my hair grows. My nose become thicker and less flimsy and my hair grows a touch faster and healthier while I am taking these. The bottle does say to take 4 a day however I only take 2, sometimes 3, and that is plenty for me. I prefer to take them about 2-4 hours apart. I only occasionally experience any nausea if I do take them on an empty stomach because of the type of capsule but it is much better if I eat something small beforehand.

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this product. I read the Amazon reviews and didn’t entirely believe them. My hair had been thinning for about 3 months to the point my scalp was visible. I found myself arranging what hair I had left in effort to conceal how thin my hair had become. My hair thinning is a rare side effect of a medication I am taking. Lucky me! I had read reviews of the hair loss issue with this medication on Reddit and Quora. Several commenters recommended this product saying it worked and some of them showed before and after pics. Worth a try, I reasoned. Well let me tell you, it does work! My hair is growing again. It’s been about six weeks and it is noticeable. I was worried I was going to have permanent hair thinning, but this supplement kick started the hair growth phase back into working order. Please don’t hesitate to purchase these supplements. You won’t be dissapointed.

I lost 20 lbs over the summer. I didn't take any supplements. My hair started to fall out. Doc said it may be stress. Vit b12 low normal. I started pumping up the vitamins. When my hair started coming in, I had to color my hair more often than usual. I have colored my hair forever, no thats not it, same product. Color my hair more often? Why I think my hair is growing FASTER, that was hairdressers opinion. I can't wait to see how it looks when grown in. It was already pretty. This isn't some BS person writing from the company. I started taking this in November 2017. This is going on 3 months. If I remember, I will check back. Right now I have stupid frizzies sticking out of my head. People couldn't really tell my hair fell out. I had a lot of hair, thankfully. OMG I lost so much. May 2018: I rarely have to clean the hair from my brush anymore. I had to clean it every time i used it when it was falling out. I'm pretty sensitive to smells. Its doesn't taste like fish oil to me and I don't burp up vitamin breath either. I do have to color my hair about 4-5 weeks (light blonde). I thought I would have to layer my hair as it grew out to keep if from looking terrible. So far I haven't had to do that. John's Wife.

I think this Maxi‑Hair Plus supplement is working, but it’s hard to say for sure since I’m also taking other hair‑supporting products like biotin, collagen, and iron. One thing I noticed after starting this is that my urine turned neon yellow — which can happen with certain vitamins — but it definitely caught my attention. I’m not a fan of the smell or taste, but I push through it. Even with all that, I do feel like my hair is growing faster and looking thicker, so I’m sticking with it for now.

It does help grow hair back, but if you are a body type that cannot synthesize with some of the ingredients then it will be like two steps forward and two steps back for the entire time that you take it. All ingredients might work well for some people, but they were just too many for me. Gaba being one of them.
