I will try to make this short and to the point. I have a brand new home that I had wired out prior to completion with the expectation of running ceiling speakers. After looking around and comparing prices from all over, I came across these. The ratings where high and the reviews all sounded great so I pulled the trigger and bought 4 sets of these allowing me to put two in the master beroom and the other two sets in the living room. After using the supplied cutout and marking off the hole all that was left was to make the cuts and hook them up. Each unit took roughly 5-10 minutes to put in the ceiling. The units were very well constructed and the cardboard template was very nice rather than the flimsy paper ones that some supply. As for the sound, WOW! That's all I can say. I hooked these up to my roughly 4 year old yamaha and that rocked out hitting notes that were high all the way down to mid's and lows. I turned my sub off to see what kind of bass these would put out and it was very good and not distorted even at almost maxed out levels on the reciever. If your looking to spend money on ceiling speakers and don't want to spend a fortune but want great sound, these are for you! I would buy these again without even thinking twice. Hope this helps

I am moving house and wanted to take my Paradigm SA-15's with me. These were $400 plus ceiling speakers and I had then set up for surround at front / back and left / right. Also had three in the kitchen. First impressing opening the box were not great but then unfair to compare to the Paradigm's. Definitely a cheaper quality but not at all bad and pretty good for 20 bucks. Easy to install in my existing holes as same size. I was very surprised by the sound quality - a little tinnier sounding than the Paradigm's but overall very good for surround and music. When I put my Paradigm speakers in I built in ceiling speaker boxes for them out of marine ply and filled with a baffle material. Perhaps this helped a lot with the sound but these Pyle speaker are fantastic value.

The speakers come with a cutout template for the hole you need to install them (which is kind of a bare minimum standard, really, but it's good that you have what you need). They sound great for the proportionally small amount of content that gets piped to overhead speakers for Atmos and DTS:X movies. Would $500 speakers sound even better? I'd assume so, but I'll never know, because I'll never be able to justify spending that kind of money on this specific purpose. What I do know is they sound great for my uses and, while there are some tonal changes between them and my main speakers (Polk Monitor 60 s2), they're not "bad" in comparison. They serve their purpose well of creating height continuity for moving audio. Useful to know: the tweeter is aimable, but not by much. It tilts up to 15 degrees, that's it. If you need something to angle directly at your listening position (like the Dolby spec 45 degrees) these won't do it. That's my biggest criticism and where I think there's an argument to spend more on a speaker that has more play in the aiming angle. Happy to get 4 speakers for less than $100 and I have no regrets. I bet they're an even better deal for stuff like casual house listening or an office environment, where nobody's going to be doing serious "I'm here to sit and listen" stuff.

This is concerning the 6.5 (white) speakers. I put 4 of these into a finished basement. Hooked up a yamaha reciever. I also have my tv connected along w an echo dot. Installation was super easy. All 4 went into a drop ceiling tile which was a breeze w the included template to use. I did need to wire mount the speakers to my floor joists to take weight off the tile. Otherwise I feared it would crack the tile. The speakers sound so much better when installed into the tile. I tested the sound when not in the tile and it's so much fuller when it is in the tile. For the price..... you can beat these. Going on 2 yrs now and we love em.

For the price I have no complaints. These were installed in a new house (16 in total) and I boxed each one in so that it had a baffle. Measured my box centers and after the drywall cut the holes with a circle saw . They look great and sound good as well. They are used as a smart home application and connected to multiple audio sources, including ceiling mounted Amazon Dot's, HD-Radio and 2 iPods with wall mounted controls in each room. I would buy them again and can recommend them to anyone wanting to add some audio in a room. I'm running just 35 watts of power to them so I can't say how much they will handle, but they are plenty loud for me.

Sound quality is awesome—clear audio with great bass, and the setup was super easy. The battery lasts a long time, and I love that it’s waterproof for outdoor use. A great speaker for the price!

These are great speakers. They are easy to connect and install. They look nice and have a sleek finish. I would purchase these again.

Easy to install, really good sound quality, works well in mid to upper ranges. The grills are a bit of a challenge to get off, the remover tool in the kit works OK.

I have been using these as atmos speakers for a few months now. They work great, and make a big differnce to my surround setup.

Comprados de segunda mano( producto devuelto) . Vinieron perfectos,su instalación no es muy complicada. Y su sonido es suficiente para los canales de efectos de techo en un 7.1 Dolby Atmos. Donde 5.1 vías están reproduciendo a nivel de suelo +2 que son los de techo.
