The Lost Art of Towel Origami

A fun little book with excellent instructions and illustrations! Now I have to go out and purchase the correct size towels to make the best use of it - a birthday party activity is in the works!

Kind of frustrated that the cover does not stay on. I had to remove the cover just to use the book. Was going to give another as a gift, but I'd prefer it as a hardcover, since it doesn't stay on like this, to give to someone. Great tips in the book, though. Easy to follow!

We went on a wretched cruise (rhymes with barnival) to mexico & the highlight was the weird origami towel animals they left on the beds & towel origami monkeys that hung from the vanity. I think all crew *must* get this in their training kit, because there's just no way you can wing it nor apply standard origami techniques to towels. I sent this book as a gift to a family member that attended the cruise as a reminder. To never invite me again.

One of the first towel origami books out. Has darling ideas...mostly for the hospitality set. Good for guests. Easy to follow directions but needs a hands on approach as some directions are only followable by doing.

I only took a quick peak at the contents of this book. It was a secret Santa gift for a grab bag game my family plays on Christmas. When I went on the Disney Cruise a couple years ago, I would return to my room to find a different towel animal on my bed every night. I thought it was the most welcoming thing on the whole cruise, except for the cast members of course. The book gives detailed instructions on all the origami related terms it uses so it should be really easy to follow. Just make sure you have the estimated sizes of the towels needed for which ever subject you want to create and you will have a blast. A tip for couples: it is a great suprise to come home to an elephant or a monkey on your bed after a hard day at work.

Ja das die Beschreibung in Englisch ist hab ich erst realisiert, als ich mich ein lesen wollte.Nein das ist nicht deutlich geworden aber für mich jetzt kein Hinderungsgrund. Die Beschreibungen sind mit Bildern gut ausgeschmückt so das man die Faltungen gut nacharbeiten kann.Im großen und Ganzen ein tolles Buch mit tollen Anleitungen

Fun book to own and even use as a coffee table book to give some ideas and laughs. Have tried out a few and others love the efforts you put into making different fun shapes.
