The perfect headband!
I cannot tell you enough how much I love this headband! It's not tight, it actually holds my hair back and it stays in place. A great design.

Comfortable, effective headband
Works well at holding back hair. Could be slightly more effective if the “bumps” of the design extended further down. After an hour or so the hair on the side of the head just above the ears starts to fall down onto the ears. Stays secure unless initially placed towards the back of the head, head shape may have an effect on it sliding back. Putting the band on is easy, and hair doesn’t get caught badly when removing. This product is flexible but sturdy, I believe it is metal with a smooth coating. After over a year of use there is no damage. I tend to get headaches from headbands but the flexibility means that pressure is minimal. The stoppers at the base prevent the ends from becoming a pressure point. Lifesaver for me as an autistic person with sensory sensitivity to my hair. I’ve avoided a lot of meltdowns with this!

A good way to secure wireless neckband earbuds
Here's an "off-label" usage that I've found these headbands work quite well for:I have a couple sets of neckband Bluetooth earbuds that I really like, but my neck and shoulders are large enough that the parts containing the power/volume and Bluetooth receiver/transmitter don't hang down in front of me like they're supposed to, but rather directly on top of my shoulders. This causes them to fall behind my back all the time, which is annoying and prevents me from being able to securely remove my earbuds from my ears without worrying about whether the set will fall off my shoulders onto the ground.I bought these headbands so I can weave the earband cable through the teeth and wear the band around my neck, comfortably securing the earbud cable in place. This achieves the same function as neckband headphones with rigid plastic frames, but without easily cracking the way those designs tend to. Some of the black paint has worn off the metal, but this has not caused me any problem as the metal under the paint does not react with skin. The headbands are designed such that there are no sharp corners, and the little plastic tips on the ends prevent uncomfortable poking. I can now wear my earbuds for hours on end, securely keeping the power and volume controls at easy reach, all without any discomfort. In fact, when my earbuds aren't in my ears, I often have to check to make sure I'm wearing them at all because I barely feel the headband gripping around my neck. This has turned out to be one of my more clever little purchases -- I'm ordering another pair of these headbands today so that I can do the same thing with the same model neckband earbuds I have at work.

Comfortable, doesn't grab hair but paint chips
TLDR: Comfortable, doesn't grab hair but paint chips after some time.Da review . . .This is Savannah-May on hiro's Al amazon account. This thing is a saver if I just want to up and go and don't wanna mess with my hair.Packages comes with 2 headbands, and extra rubber cover piece (that goes over the end). They are tiny like a half / quarter size of a tic tac (not the alien tic tac but the breath mint / candy). Or for you ravers it's an 8th of a happy pill or 16ths of a tab. Also when removing from your hair, fish around and grab the ends, sometimes the rubber covers can come off. My hair is long and wavy and I have have lots of short curly hair (along with normal wavy hair). My dermatologist said it's like a bird, there are long fathers and the down, but most people don't have what I have. Weird. But any ways sometimes my hair can pull off the rubber ends if I yank it out. When its comfy I ment it doesn't grab hair, it allows it to move thru, I mean if you pull it off very fast, yeah your hair will catch. Also when putting on blouses / shirts or pulling off etc, sometimes this thing catches (unlike flat metal / plastic hair bands). Unlike flat hairbands, these tend to get caught on ear muffs (I use for dj / shooting / flying etc )For sports / shooting / band / guitar / bass stuff / dances / flying / gliding i don't use this, I use the cloth bands or flat hard ones as they are tight and stay on more, and muff don't mess them upBummer, after 2 weeks the paint starts chipping .I do clean these once or twice a week with mild soap / water and towel dry. Too lazy to sand down and krylon / rustoleum so hopefully metal is aluminum . . .I use hair products but / organic / natural, and hair spray is rare and when I use hair spray, tend to use barrettes or clips (not the rifle kind lol)Pricewise its good, but the paint chipping thing is lame.So these get 3 stars . . .
