I have a 2007 Camry V6 with both bank 1 sensors (b1s1 and b1s2) out. Does part number 234-4260 replace both sensors?

Hi there I have a 2009 Venza with 3.5 Liter 2GR-FE V6 engine, according to Wikipedia, both of out engines are identical. I am sure that the part replaces both sensors, but I would go to my local Toyota Dealer and ask them to give you a price quote for the both sensors.... if the part number is the same.... you are good to go! Standing in Front of Vehicle , Bank 1 is under driver's side , sensor 2 is BEHIND the Cat muffler. Sensor 1 is tween engine and mufflerTook me 30 min or less to remove and replace it . Biggest problem is gettin small flat screw driver on top of the plug in - to lift tab in order to UN plug the unit ..
