Not Velcro. Wish it was.
Awesome quality. Liked it so much I ordered another. Only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish it was Velcro - not iron on. I had to manually apply Velcro to the back of each patch to put on my SOG backpacks.
