What size opening in the counter top is needed to fit this sink?

A minimum 36" sink base cabinet is required to use as either a drop-in or undermount. A template comes with the product so the proper cut can be made. From looking at the user manual, that is available as a downloadable pdf file, it appears a cut out of 18"x29 1/2", but always go by template that comes with the sink for best results.

Does this sink have a smooth, gloss finish?

The finish on this sink is matte. I love it - not susceptible to scratches (but be cautious) or fading.

Will my oil rubbed bronze faucet look better with the black or brown sink?

I have the black sink with a gold faucet and it looks amazing!

The faucet hole likes off centered. What is the measurements from the left and the right side of the sink wall

Eyeballing, the center of the faucet hole is 17" from the inner wall of the left basin and 12 1/2" from the right inner wall. The left basin is deep; the right basin is elevated to provide for a garbage disposal.
