I bought the 50 count but the seal container only came with 17?

I think I saw the photo you uploaded. They are stacked inside of each other. You did not get ripped off.

How discreet is the packaging from amazon? does it say raw on the outside of the box?

The packaging will be Amazon packaging and will not say RAW

They're standard cone papers, not much to say but the thing that stands out to me is the packaging. I really appreciate that they can't fall out, which is what happened with the other brand I bought and I had to throw them all away. Because of that I will only buy this brand from now on. Also the little funnel that's included is neat and very useful.
