I can't believe how motivating this was to get my kids to do their chores. It is perfect for 2 kids. I thought about making one for my husband, but that didn't go over as well. I chose this one because it is colorful and has 9 lines for many chores and an additional column for extra things. This is needed for older kids (mine are 6 and 8). The predetermined chores were more useful than from other brands for my family where chores are more important than behaviors. I like that it has a hanging cord and attachable pen. The magnets for the stars aren't great, and the stars are tiny, but that hasn't been much of a problem- they do stay put. I did buy some extra magnets for chores not on the board ("feed the chickens") as suggested by others, but they don't match Therefore, I do wish they provided 5 or 6 extra blank magnets for more customization because the colors of the original are nice. I'd also like a longer board given that older children have more things to do and with 2 kids, 9 options isn't enough for us!

I have 2 girls, 5 and 7 yrs old. I have been trying for a year to get them (with our help of course) to pick up after themselves, help to make their beds, put their laundry in the hamper, brush their OWN teeth etc., but it has been a hit OR miss mission! I bought the Yoyoboko and sat down with them to explain how it would work. They both decided to start out with a 25 star goal at the end of the week. I asked them what they wanted their reward to be at the end of each week, if they achieve their 25 stars? After I explained that it could be a small toy (under 5 dollars), 3 dollars for their piggy bank or they could have time with mommy or daddy, my 7 year old said she wanted to go to a pottery making studio with her dad and my 5 year old wanted to go to the movies with me! How amazing!! Since I purchased the Yoyoboko rewards chart my girls wake up in the morning and run into my room to begin attacking the different chores for the day, in order to get their stars! The ONLY reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is too small. With all of the different chores being offered, my girls want to try to do them all - but unfortunately I am going to either end up having to buy a second board and waste the magnets that come with it or return it and make one! I think it would be 5 stars if the board were longer or even came in 2 choices - the one you see advertised and one with an additional attachment or longer board so all the chores can be put on the left side.

The product was delivered on time and in excellent condition! It is very colorful and catchy to the eyes. I was surprised and glad that it came with a few blank ones to fill out. It's even better when you flip the board and the back explains the chart and how to use it. Very economical and environmental friendly chart.Emma is three and really enjoys the chart. It is very helpful to me. She instantly cleans up her toys after finish playing with them and I immediately reward her a star or two as encouragement. She even reminded me to brush her teeth before going to bed! I would recommend this product for parents who are trying to teach their young ones to be responsible. I'm glad to have made this purchase!!

To be honest... a friend referred me to this chart and I love it... the cute magnet stars make it an easy and kid friendly visual. My only problem was the item was damaged on two ends where the cardboard was smushed in, and the dry erase pen was broken as well as the part that holds the pen.The item was packed with other very light weight items that could not have caused this damage... which tells me it was damaged before being packaged & shipped to me. Whoever filled my order was obviously ok sending me a damaged item too. =(I managed to fix the chart the best I could and it's usable, but very disappointed that I was sent a damaged item.

My 5 year old daughter loves this thing. She's now trying to accomplish more without being told in order to earn stars. All the duties are pretty age appropriate.My only wish is that it was slightly bigger in order to add more than 9 responsibilities at a time. What I did to compromise was put 4 responsibilities across the bottom with some spaces between for stars...I chose duties that aren't necessarily required on a daily basis, like: set the table (we don't always eat at home,) and help with chores (we ask for her help on occasion but not every day.)All in all, a worthy purchase. Helping my child stay on track and earn rewards with good behavior and habits.Cute design and colors too.

We have only had this chore chart for a few weeks, but it is doing a great job for keeping my 4 year old motivated. It comes with plenty of standard chores and responsibilities, but we also like the blank tiles to put things that are specific to our family. I am definitely some one who usually likes to make things myself, but after all my perusing of Pinterest, I could not figure out exactly what type of chart I wanted. The other reviews helped me to make the decision to try this one out. Another feature I like is that it has the ability to keep track of two children. Our two year old is not quite ready to start earning her starts, but she's not too far off. A similar product I was looking at had space for three children and I thought that might get a little confusing for my son.

It works, the stars are reusable. I didn't not pay attention to the size when ordered, it is small, The board is made with low quality material, it is magnetic and everything is magnetic and reusable. I would say it works but very expensive for this material.

This is one of the first boards I've found that I works perfectly for 2 kids. I love that i can customize a few of the spots and the magnetic stars all attach very well. My only reason for the 1 star deduction was that straight out of the box the upper corner of the sign was lifting from the magnetic backing and I had to glue it back down. It also came a little warped so it didn't want to fit to the fridge flat... thankfully you can set it under something heavy and it will help flatten it out.
