Dried pandan leaves 25g

This is an important ingredient for authentic tasting Thai Chicken and Rice (kao mun gai). I use a garni bag and it imparts a unique aromatic flavor to broth. Long shelf life and goes a long way.

I use it for sticky rice and tapioca deserts. Hard to get fresh leaf and I gave this a try and it works well enough.

If you can't get fresh pandan leaves, get these. So many uses- potpourri, flavoring, coloring... it has the same chemical makeup found in vanilla, so filling your home and pastries with it can elicit the same nostalgic feelings of comfort.

Might as well be corn husk. I can’t get any flavor out of these and just bought to use for rice. Made a tea first for the rice but doesn’t have any flavor.

I thought I was getting Pandan leaves but this smells like it was sprayed with kafir lime leaf essence. Not at all what I was expecting and I can’t get a refund either.

I am familiar with pandan. We put it in rice and dessert. I cooked some rice with this and there was no fragrance at all.
