Just last month I had a patient in clinic who presented with dark urine and was found to have glomerular hematuria and proteinuria in the context of a Strep negative pharyngitis. With Pocket Nephrology I had information on synpharyngitic IgA nephropathy at my fingertips. 「少し深い腎臓内科の知識をまとめて習得したい方にはとてもオススメ」　10年目前後の医師の目線から　おなじみのpocketシリーズの腎臓内科版である。最近書籍を買わないことが多いが、興味のある領域なので購入。全て読み込んでいるわけではないがとても良い本。・他のpocketシリーズ同様、エビデンスを表示されている・2019年の論文まで引用文献として使用されている・普段日本であまり考えることがないような（私の場合かもしれないが）嚢胞腎の詳細についても記載されている・腎臓内科医からみた医学全般に対するコメントという構成で面白い・記載するスペースに対する知識の情報が多い　最初の尿タンパクのところで, 知らないことがたくさん書いてあるな、面白いなと思った人は得ることがとても多いと思います。　　コロンビア大学のIRVING MEDICAL CENTERの腎臓グループが書いているようで、オススメです。
