Q: Does anyone know where to adjust how much air is allowed in?

How many rpm’s is the engine turning? Have you checked the choke cable? Adjust the throttle or choke cable.

Q: 2 loose jets in box with 3 cover screws, are the jets needed to be installed or is carb complete already?

The carb is ready to go. You just need to adjust it after you bolt it on. The adjustments are fairly easy. The extra jets are for other models. But it should be good out of the box on the B 350

Q: Anyone know what size main jet comes in this to begin with? it shipped with 115 & 125 jets, but doesn't say what jet is already in it.

Mine came with the 115 installed. Started and idled just fine but died when I have it throttle. Swapped to 125, doing fine for over a year now!
